ノボテル東大門はとても気に入っていたので3回目の宿泊になりましたが今回の部屋は窓が半分しかないので暗くあまり使われていなかったのかトイレはアンモニア臭と部屋も少しカビ臭く枕はとても臭く使えませんでした とても残念でした

出張で利用しましたが、主要なビジネスエリアへのアクセスが良く、地下鉄やバスも近くにあり移動が非常に便利でした。周辺には飲食店やカフェも多く、仕事の合間や夕食にも困りませんでした。客室は清潔で落ち着いた雰囲気があり、デスクスペースも使いやすく、仕事に集中できる環境が整っていました。ベッドも快適で、しっかり休むことができました。スタッフの対応も丁寧で、必要な情報を迅速に案内してくれたため、安心して滞在することができました。

夜遅くに急にタクシーが必要になったのですが、礼賓部のスタッフがすぐに手配してくれて、無事に安全に目的地へ行くことができました。 忙しい時間帯にもかかわらず、丁寧で親切に対応してくださり、本当に感謝しています。
