全体的に綺麗なホテルで高級感のあるホテルでした。お部屋も落ち着いた感じで清潔感があり、バスルームもシャワーブースとバスタブが分かれているため、ゆっくり疲れを癒せました。

I’m currently staying at this hotel. Very modern hotel. Good location. However, as others have pointed out, the temperature control for the rooms are not adequate. There is a free pool and an extra pool/sauna that costs $35-45 USD each PER DAY, which is not great for a so called 5* hotel. Laundry is 18 USD for single pair of pants which is also very expensive. Additionally, there was a note in our room regarding renovations and noise during our stay which were not made aware of prior to or after booking, only upon arrival into our room. I hope that whilst I am still at the property that they are able to remedy the situation and my review may change depending on the situation.

Good, but be careful staying as a family.

Overall this was a pleasant stay. The highlight was the breakfast - it not only included hot & cold western options, but there were Asian noodles cooked to order and other local foods to try. The only downside was the family room: it was booked for three people, yet it only had towels and other amenities for two. We had to ask for additional sets on multiple occasions. Please also note that the pool requires swimming caps (or you'll not be allowed in), and the towels they offer at the pool are barely enough to dry your hands, they are tiny and very thin, restaurant napkins are probably bigger.

The location is just ok. The subway station line 2- Dongguk University is a 5 to 7 minutes walk from the hotel. There are no nearby restaurants around and you need to do a bit of walking to get to the nearest restaurant. The staff are helpful from the concierge to the front desk personnel. Access to the lounge is a great option as you can have breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour. The happy hour food options are quite good too. They have a smart tv so you can access youtube and netflix, even casting your streaming app from your phone. It is just quite difficult to control the room temperature like what I have also noted from other reviewers.
