Great experience. Friendly and helpful staff, luxurious rooms. We had one of the poolside rooms, hence we had direct access to the pool. We also had our own hot tub. Both were clean, and relaxing. The pool was never crowded. The room was spacious and furnished very nicely. Coffee and tea makers, filtered water system, the minibar, were very nice. Although we did not have the time to enjoy, the restaurant within the hotel was very nice with a good selection of dishes and drinks. The hotel is in a quite neighborhood, but still very close to main attractions by taxi, bus, or metro.

Pros - Accor tier benefits provided well - The food was good overall. - It is reasonably priced compared to other five-star hotels in seoul - Petite desserts are colorful and have a wide range of choices. It tastes good, too! Cons - Is the hotelier the person in charge of the lounge check-in? I don't know why the check-in counter has a personal business of exapmle, putting artificial tears in it. No five-star hotel or even unfriendly place does personal business at the front desk or lounge desk. - The chef looked quite angry, and the fishy smell of Eonyang Bulgogi was quite bad - Early check-ins among Accor tier benefits may be difficult to receive because they do not allow entry to the lounge if they before 2PM - The check-in process was quick overall, but it wasn't friendly, and missed out on free drinks vouchers when check-in procedure - It is a five-star hotel that does not provide eggs benedict during egg livestation cook service. - Lounge alcoholic beverages are too scarce for comparable hotels. Ref, - The air conditioner performance is slightly poor. - It can be a little hot because the sunlight comes in. - The sauna is operated by an external company, so it is difficult to expect hotel service. - It's not very soundproof, but there's no inconvenience.

Excellent hotel, professional competent , nice and friendly staff. This is the best hotel I have been to so far. I am traveling for business and private almost every week and in several programs I have the highest status And I think that the Pullman Senator hotel in Seoul is the best hotel. I was very impressed with the Executive Lounge, during Happy Hours a large selection of food and drinks, excellent service, great meals, beautiful decor, beautiful view. Ambassador Suite room beautiful with large windows to the ground, beautiful view very well equipped room elegant In a modern style. Both indoor and outdoor swimming pools very nice, outdoor pool in Aquarium style. Nice staff especially in the Executive Lounge Emma from the Executive Lounge deserves special attention, an extremely competent helpful and friendly person. I can see that the hotel is perfectly managed .Congratulations to the General Manager of the hotel. Also the reception manager is a very cultured and helpful person I highly recommend this hotel and I hope that I will have the opportunity to stay there again.
