Well-maintained, clean, spacious and modern hotel rooms in a centrally located part of Ho Chi Minh City. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you Mr. Vu at reception for helping me find a room, given my early arrival. The 20th floor terrace bar has beautiful views and a good selection of snacks and drinks. My only criticism was the service — the staff were not very attentive (although there may have been a big group that evening, so perhaps we were just unlucky). They could’ve done better at managing expectations. Overall, a very pleasant day, and would visit there again! Very handy to have the Highlands coffee shop downstairs. Delicious Vietnamese coffee….

Location of this hotel is excellent, near to all amenities. Nice decor and comfortable. Staff here is so ever ready to help. Breakfast has ample choices, love the Vietnamese coffee. As platinum members, we got upgraded and enjoyed the executive lounge. That’s normal. But I would like to compliment these staff for their awesome service, so observant, so friendly and always creating a happy environment. Thanks to Quy, Luan and Anh. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back again.

We stayed three nights on an Indochina group tour. Good location for walking to the Independence Palace, Post Office etc. Clean modern hotel designed for business - not much room for two tourists with suitcases. Some safe failures in our group - but corrected quickly. Breakfast buffet pretty good. Sky Bar - nice view; terrible playlist & happy hour! Tip: only right hand lift goes up to floor 20! Gym OK; fairly low roof. Nice pool on 4th floor; water not too clean; beware floors in changing/shower rooms - like ice when wet! Excellent Vietnamese restaurant diagonally across from the hotel - Hoang Yen.

Good central city location

A great place to visit many of Ho chi minh cities attractions. Very clean and well kept. Swimming pool a bit cool but was very refreshing after walking around the city in 34° heat. Lovely breakfast options with several different global choices available.

One Word - POOR!!!!

Stay here for 2 nights on a business trip. This hotel has quite a lot of short fall. Like one the reviewer mentioned here - executive lounge is poor (one of the worst). Seems like the GM said will take action on the previous comments but just like others, no action taken to improvised. Food selection at the lounge is horrible during happy hour. Might as well just close it down and don't serve any food. Can't even compare to Renaissance, Ritz, etc. Novotel lounge is far way behind. And I'm sure the GM will again just say something after reading my comments but no action will be taken. Mark my words. Few more short fall on the gym, sauna, etc. that I have made complaint directly to Ms Thao during my stay which she tried her best to compliment all these. Very much appreciated and very generous of her. Else, i would rate this hotel 1 star.
