Very poor hotel and bad service avoid.

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you encountered with the airport pickup and shuttle service. We understand how frustrating this must have been after your journey. Our complimentary shuttle service operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and it appears that during your requested time, all available spots may have been taken. Additionally, we regret any miscommunication at the airport that led to your long walk to the hotel. While our location is within a 5–10 minute walk from the terminal, our team strives to assist all guests as efficiently as possible. We truly regret that your experience was not as seamless as it should have been. We are looking forward to welcome you back in the near future at ibis Saigon Airport. Good for an airport overnight or long layover
