Nice place, good views and nice staff specially a waiter called Iben, he made us laugh and spend a good time. The hotel is very confortable, we loved the ambience and the general mood that brings, also we liked the gym and althoug its small has a good sauna.

No problems at all! Very close to several Tube stops, which made getting around a breeze! Staff was very accommodating and the beds were very comfortable (even the pullout bed!!!). A great place to stay with friends for a short stay or long. They provide free COLD bottled water (still and sparkling), which was probably my favorite part.

This review is about Alberto Biollino at Novotel London Blackfriars. Alberto was so wonderful to deal with at the hotel. We stayed two consecutive weekends and the second weekend he remembered our names and booking details. He ensured we received the correct pre-paid rate even though our credit card was temporarily not working - this was greatly appreciated. He even showed us how to receive the free welcome drinks for each of us and even gave us extra! We adore Alberto <3

Had a great three night stay with my family. The hotel was very clean and friendly staff. The buffet breakfast had a vast choice. The hotel was just a short walk from the underground. The number 63 bus stopped just outside the hotel which went to kingscross station Which was great as we found it difficult when we used the underground when we with a child in a buggy and cases

Amazing location with style, very clean and spacious rooms, the bathroom is also nice and large. Everything is up to date, you even have charging ports with usb type c on your bed table. It has a nice pool, the food is great and the staff is very friendly. Totally recommend!
