I would like to thank all staff who are trying to give us their best to be happy in our staying in the hotel, especially the reception team the housekeeping team. Adagio is special name in a special location with a very good facilities and services which is provided to costumers.

I highly recommend the excellent service given by Ms Loriel... she added value to the overall experience... i will always go back in Adagio and recommend to friends and family.. i even extended my stay because of service satisfaction. Thabk you very much Ms Loriel

Like at home. Always nice to return to Adagio apart hotel, All the staff always at the top, from the waiters to the chefs to the room managers, to the servants, always kindly, polite and professional. I think by staying in Abu Dhabi I will be book again. Thanks to All.

As a family of 4 this was the best choice for us, 1 bed room with Sofa bed and a Crib..Very spacious and clean, Access to Pool, Gym, beauty Center and restaurants very easy, a Supermarket at ground floor. We had a nice balcony allowed us to see the whole Abu Dhabi fire works on New Year's Eve... a shopping mall is only two blocks away, and Garden is so nice, the waterfall and little fountains gives you a good feeling and calm...I would only recommend adding a kids zone, unless there was one and we didn't notice. The Location is great if you are looking for a quite area between the Airport and the Cornich line. All in all, it was the best stay we had in Abu Dhabi...

It’s not bad accomodation Room had little bit problem which was out of working electronic cooker so I needed to change cooker. Any service was good. Fast change cooker and bring ice bucket. Resonable price!

I had worst service ever in this hotel!!No one answered the phone I called many times the operator and reception and bill service around 10pm I had to go downstairs to the reception and they said sorry and they let me wait for 40 minuets until the bill guy came to me ,there was only one bill guy and one receptionist Called Sisi...and the duty manager Sabina kola and also she was busy to get our feedback and complain about her hotel services when I asked the receptionist to called her and she answered me she’s busy in meeting and she was in the reception after few minutes and she even didn’t came to ask me what’s the matter. How you hired careless people like this?!?I had bad days in this hotel the service was worst ever and you have few staff to serve this hotel only 1 bill guy and 1 receptionist how it’s come ?!?!I will never recommend this hotel to my people

Excellent service and apartments are really well stocked. The staff are wonderful and really very helpful. Possibly the best feature is the pool which is shared with the Novotel next door. The pool overlooks Airport Road and provides wonderful views of Abu Dhabi.

We had a 3 bedroom appartment. We first booked a 2 bedroom appartment but there were just two queensize beds. With a son and daughter of 17 and 15 this was noot enough, so we made an upgrade. The 3 bedroom appartment was huge with 3 bathrooms. Full kitchen with dishwasher. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The sun shines one a clock in the swimmingpool area. We prefer to have the sun on the terrace in the evening. But you can't have everything. We had a very lovely stay.

Adagio is great for family stay in abu dhabi. My parents felt themselves comfortable here in 9-days stay. Duty manager Sabina Kola was great in meeting our request in checkin. With her problem-solving abilities and public relation skills, i'm sure she'll undertake bigger responsibilities soon. Front desk: Honey was proffessional as always; Hamza was smiley and kind. Concierge guys Tika and Raghudir were hepful. Strongly reccomend Adagio especially for family holidays..

helpful staff, relaxing stay. Use of Novotel facilities like pool and restaurant, café came in very handy as the supermarket is quite a walk. Taxis are readily available. Room was always spotless. washing machine in apartment is very helpful.

Very comfortable Aparthotel. Delicious breakfast in Novotel. Nice swimming pool with restaurants. In the room very comfortable, clean and quiet. Kitchen in apartment very good homewere. Good connection with the city by bus.

On my recent stay, there was a large contingent of children representing various clubs and presumably in the capital for a sporting challenge. Being filled with a large number children, the hotel was fairly rowdy. If reservations could have placed them on the same floor, then perhaps the lifts would not have been as congested with kids running to their friends' rooms at different floors. Further, if business guest, who always appreciate some peace, could be placed on the remaining floors, they wouldn't have to trample through kids playing in the corridors and put up with slamming doors all evening. This is not a complaint but merely a suggestion, as my experience at the establishment has always been good and I would certainly return. It was an extraordinary week, which the establishment did not cope with very well.

Location is but far from downtown but good to escape from traffic especially during commuter time. Room is good enough and kitchen, lundly machine is helpful for a stay in long period of time more than a week.
