Dear Mohamed, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize your experience fell short of our usual standards. Regarding temperature regulation, our system provides centrally regulated airflow adjusted seasonally rather than individual climate control units. Our daily cleaning service operates until 2pm to maintain hygiene standards across all areas. We take all feedback seriously and encourage guests to contact our 24-hour reception immediately should any concerns arise during their stay, as our team remains available to address issues promptly. While our location is indeed within an industrial area, we are pleased to hear that it did not impact the tranquility of your stay and that you found your room to be clean and comfortable. The comfort of our bedding, which features recently installed mattresses, and the quality of our shower facilities are aspects we are particularly proud of at ibis Budget Antwerpen Port.
