Dear guest, We would like to thank you for this review about your recent experience in our hotel. We are delighted that you appreciated the proximity to the subway station and found the nearby market to be a fun experience. However, we regret that you felt our location was not as central as expected. We would like to mention our convenient position next to the main shopping streets and numerous theaters. Additionally, we are just a short walk from Antwerp's central train station and several tram and bus stations. The entire team really hope we can welcome you back on a future occasion. The early morning checkout process is designed to be quick and efficient, and we're glad it met your needs. However, we regret that the absence of in-room kettles and smart TVs with Netflix did not fully meet your expectations. We understand the convenience these amenities provide and will take your feedback into consideration for future improvements. Nonetheless, it is great to know that our central location and the beautiful views from our rooms added to the enjoyment of your stay. We are also pleased that you took advantage of the easy access to local attractions and public transport, and appreciated the availability of a water refill station in the reception area.
