Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad that you found your room satisfactory and we aim to provide a comfortable experience for our guests. However, we are sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. While our restaurant and bar services are indeed limited on Sundays, snacks are available 24 hours for our guests' convenience. Regarding the location, we are situated near the harbour and offer a unique garden terrace with an outdoor swimming pool, providing a tranquil escape despite our proximity to the industrial park. We understand that without a car, transportation can be challenging, but we are just a short drive from the Antwerp city centre with a tram stop nearby for easier access. Moreover, we acknowledge the importance of cleanliness and apologise for any oversight. Our housekeeping team is dedicated to maintaining high standards, and we welcome guests to inform us of any deficiencies so we can address them promptly. Concerning the timing of our cleaning services, we strive to ensure that they are conducted at convenient times for our guests and regret any disturbance caused. Nonetheless, we are glad to hear that the pool was a highlight of your stay. Our outdoor swimming pool is a cherished feature among guests, open during the summer for everyone's enjoyment. Dear Matt, We thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback. We're glad to hear that you found our staff accommodating and that the complimentary parking was a plus for your stay. It's unfortunate to hear that the room size did not meet your expectations, especially with teenagers in tow. Our rooms are designed to accommodate families comfortably, with sofabeds intended primarily for younger children. However, we understand that comfort is paramount, and we regret any inconvenience caused. Regarding the restaurant utensils, our policy aims to ensure all our guests have access to our facilities, and we apologize if this caused any frustration. Dear Olumide, We appreciate feedback from our guests, however, we absolutely cannot accept your comment. We must respectfully disagree with the characterization of our team as racist. We take great pride in our efforts to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests. In the case of your reservation, there was a discrepancy in the number of expected guests upon your arrival. Our dedicated reception team member made every effort to accommodate you without imposing additional charges, even though this went against our safety protocols.
