We are delighted that you appreciated the friendly service provided by our staff and the convenience of having an in-room shower and toilet. Our team takes great pride in offering a hospitable and accommodating environment for all our guests. However, we note your comments regarding the bed comfort. While we aim to provide a practical and straightforward accommodation solution, we understand that comfort is also a priority for our guests. We appreciate your understanding that as a budget hotel, we prioritize cleanliness and functionality, which is reflected in our choice of durable materials, such as the protective mattress covers designed for hygiene. Nonetheless, it is great that you loved our prime location adjacent to the central station, placing you in the heart of Antwerp and its cultural offerings. Dear Nesrin, Thank you for your feedback, We are delighted that you found our hotel to be clean and our staff welcoming with their smiles. The well-being of our guests is our top priority and we are glad that these aspects met your expectations. However, we regret to hear that you found the room temperature to be uncomfortable and the mattress not to your liking, resulting in a backache. We understand how important a good night's sleep is, especially when traveling. Please note that while we do not have air conditioning due to our climate, our reception is available around the clock to assist in opening windows further for additional ventilation. Regarding the mattress, our beds are equipped with protective covers for hygiene purposes, which may affect the perceived comfort. Nonetheless, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. Furthermore, we note your comments on the breakfast cost. While we strive to provide value for money, we understand that every guest has different expectations and we regret that we did not meet yours in this instance. Finally, we are pleased that you appreciated the amenities provided during your stay, such as the included towels and toilet paper.
