It's great to know that you found our rooms to be clean and well-designed, with all the basic necessities provided. We understand the importance of a comfortable stay and are glad that our beds met your expectations. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the missing batteries in the TV remote and the broken button controls. We appreciate your feedback and will address this issue with our maintenance team. Regarding the lack of air conditioning and the noise from the neighboring building, we understand that this may have caused some discomfort. Our windows do have a restriction that can be removed upon request at the reception, allowing for better ventilation. As for the breakfast buffet, we strive to offer a variety of options at a competitive price, and we appreciate your suggestion for those seeking a quick and early meal.
