We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the pool being closed for renovations. For the safety and comfort of our guests, we decided to renovate the pool deck. We had to carry out some urgent maintenance and chose this particular period, which is normally the coldest time of the year when guests do not use the pool. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. We are also sorry to hear about the issue with the air conditioning in your room. Your feedback indicates that the temperature control was not functioning properly, which led to an uncomfortable experience, especially in the evenings and at night.
