Bardzo dobry hotel, z doskonałą obsługą. Proces zameldowania i wymeldowania był być może delikatnie powolny, ale wynikało to z troski, uprzejmości i dokładności, więc nie ma nic tam do zarzucenia. Obsługa w barze, restauracji i na śniadaniu była miła i pomocna, przyjemnie nam się zrobiło kiedy pamiętano nasze zamówienia śniadaniowe. Lokalizacja w porządku, krótki spacer od Old Quarter, blisko dobrych restauracji. Łóżka wygodne, łazienka bardzo czysta. Doskonałe traktowanie członków statusowych. Polecam szczerze.

Komfortowe lobby, wygodne łóżka. Nie działający basen i brak informacji (na stronie internetowej, podczas rezerwacji a także podczas zameldowania) o tymczasowym wyłączeniu tej strefy z powodu remontu. Klimatyzacja w pokoju uszkodzona. Przy wyłączeniu nadal pracowała. Maksymalna temperatura nie przekraczała 22,5 stopni, więc w pokoju było zimno i panował nieprzyjemny chłód, szczególnie wieczorami oraz w nocy.
