Don’t need a Platinum Flag on my Table!

Bluecann Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

I stayed for 3 days and every time I went down for breakfast, the staff would put a “Platinum” flag on my desk, which no other hotel I have traveled to globally does. I would have preferred a more efficient service (e.g issues with food, coffee etc) rather than a meaningless gesture. Check out is again disorganized with plenty of individuals behind the desk but mostly floating around. I appreciate the clean rooms and generally polite staff. But when you have small, avoidable issues, and a meaningless gesture, it leads to unsatisfactory customer experience.

House keeping deserves full credit. The room is always clean and fresh. However the in room dining experience was bad. The coordination between person taking the order and delivering is upsetting. We don’t expect this at Novotel. The menu given for inroom dining for alcohol.. the beer is always out of stock.. again strange for a property like Novotel.
