Great stay as always. Have been loyal to accor and this property in delhi more decades since it started. Warm staff, amazing diversity in management , great food , variety of Restuarants, well managed rooms and executive lounge plus front desk. I can go on and on. Well done team of Sunaina , Neha , Gaurav, Farshid, Sheena , Ritika and last but not the least Poulomi who manages Human Resource. Kudos to leadership of Vineet. A special mention for talented and energetic Neha who kept helping with loyalty points even after checkout.

I’d like to make a special mention for the following : 1. Vansh : Breakfast time is the busiest. But this young man was super hospitable. Serving with a smile and proactively catering to guest requirements !! 2. Shivam: Made my mocktail with such precision and awesome taste. I just said I want something in cranberry base. The final drink was just fab. And again served with a smile. He was professional with a personal touch. 3. Abhishek Kumar: At the front office on my checkout. I wanted to redeem my points. There were two more Front Office executives who tried, but couldn’t do it. Abhishek did it quick. Also he was the only one who asked how my stay was. Besides the above , Pushpendra and Himanshu from housekeeping , Aman at Pling , & Mohit for Room Service , each of them were awesome !!

My 1st stay at Pullman and I'm sure to return. Grand hotel layout, excellent room cleanliness, lovely spread for breakfast and top services all in all. Mr Nem kumar made sure room cleanliness is top notch. Keep it up and you are sure to do well.
