I have stayed in this hotel several times before but this time was really not to par in standard wise. Upon check in, there is no welcome letter or fruit platter in the room, the heater in the room is not working well throughout my stay and a simple request for late check out had me to follow up 3 times before I requested for duty manager to share my dissatisfaction. I hope the management can look into these areas for improvements please.

The facilities and room were excellent, offering great comfort and amenities. Unfortunately, the service was quite slow, and the staff appeared undertrained—often passing responsibilities rather than addressing requests directly. If management improves staff training and empowers them to make decisions promptly, it would significantly enhance the guest experience.
