Hi team, I was highly disappointed with my stay at Pullman. Being a single female traveler , I have never had such a horrible experience. 1. The check-in was excellent but then I had to call at least 6 times before someone picked up at either the guest services or room service. 2. The room was never cleaned on time, even after repeated asking for the same. 3. The worst was when I came back to the hotel and found the room unwell. I called 6 times and someone from cleaning staff came and shouted at me! SHOUTED saying that the room was clean, why was I calling? Only the bathroom was cleaned and the bed was unkept and the dustbins were full. He did a quick clean and went away. 4. I called for extra towels on the first night since had to leave early the next day and the person asked me why I needed 2 extra towels? 5. I did not have my phone charging wire and requested the phone to be charged on the reception in the socket in the wall. When I got my phone back after 3 hours - it was not charged at all. No one even bothered to look at it. 6. For room service, I had to call atleast 10 times and the food came in breaks or something or the other was not sent wit it. 7. When I said I want to leave a review at check-out, the reply was - please post on google. I hope you do not wish me to post this on google. Being in the consulting business, and my office being in aerocity and have stayed in almost all aerocity hotels but must say this was my worst experience ever.

The pickup and checkin were really smooth . Got the best of the rooms . Special thanks to himanshu from booking and sahir from duty mangers to look after all our request in time . The only recommendation is that in room dining needs major improvement as the food was not upto par with pullman standards . Staff was very demotivated in room dining . I would request people in management to cater to the motivation of your staff as it’s required in these difficult times

Well hotel located / building wise all good , However to just order one coffee took 45 min and Coffee is cold by time reached to me and also food is very perthitic , am sure local hotel food taste is much better than this, Food service is very bad , Even i inquired one more couple staying same hotel , Complaint about the Food , breakfast was worst and brought lunch and dinner order from outside , If any one wanted to stay , only its good for Stay , not for anything , please have arrangement of food from outside , Dont expect any food will be good , if you wanted for stay i could recommend it , otherwise not...

Extremely dissatisfied with the room dining. i order for kadhai paneer with butter naan and butter tandoori roti and they send me a 2 tawa roti instead of butter tandoori roti. so i asked for the replacement and told 4 to 5 times that i want butter tandoori roti but they again send me a wrong roti this time only tandoori roti with no butter on it and that too in 20mins my kadhai paneer was cold till then and then i have to eat that tandoori roti and it was so hard to swallow because tandoori was not good at all. it was very hard for a roti. wasnt expecting this from such a big name .

My experience was really bad with your hotel, I booked 2 superior king size bed rooms(smoking) and instead of that,i got both twin size bed rooms(non smoking). There's a front office guy named Amit he gave me room key and when i checked-in into the room then i got to know about that and after tons of calls to front office regarding that, my problem had not been solved. After 3 hours of waiting, finally i went to front office to solve that issue then they gave me only one king size bed room. Even in a room 1259, my brother got a heavy electric current due to malfunction in the dryer. You guys gotta check that as well. My experience was really bad and I am not gonna come to this hotel again.

I stayed in this hotel for the first time and it was a good experience. There was some issue with regards to the bathutub and it took few calls and 4 hours for it to be resolved. Mr. Pramanshu was very helpful in check in and in helping to resolve the above mentioned issue. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a good stay in Aerocity area.

I had stayed both of Novotel and Pullman Delhi 2 Months from last Nov. During the stay I had got wonderful services all the staffs. I want to thank to Mr. Chiraq specially who is the manager of concierge department. I had asked to Mr. Chiraq help me to make hotel reservation, frights tickets and so for my other cities trips like Goa, Varanasi and Daramshala etc. He booked all other cities of hotel, frights and pick up services for me so that I could enjoyed travels without any difficulties. I surely want to stay again when I trip to Delhi. I don't even think about other hotel. Thank you so much Mr. Chiraq.

In the current lockdown this is the second time that i stayed at the property, the check in was smooth courtesy Sagar and Mrs Kapoor , so was the welcome drink by Vahsy , great coffee, rooms are spacoius, neat and clean , infact had acess to the executive lounge which made it easy for my business meetings . The Dinner was mouth licking customised by Chef Rohit at the helm at FEX, so was the breakfast. Over all a very comfortable stay , made more memorable by the dynamic and courteous general Manager Mr B Chakraboty(BC), who personally assures top rated services and renders TOP Notch hospitablity. Would highly recommend for Buisness and Family too....

Absolute clean and sanitised hotel without worry , staff extremely well behave and maintaining social distance with sanitisation great food and prompt reply from house keeping in all it was great stay and safe stay

Pullman Aerocity Hotel has been a wonderful hotel and my second home. Hotel has been maintaining necessary COVID protocol in this ongoing pandemic crisis. Breakfast served in Pluck Restaurant is awesome and is freshly cooked as per order in lieu of a buffet breakfast. Executive lounge also offers ala-carte menu as buffet snacks have been stopped during the current crisis. General Manager Biswajeet, Front Office Head Neha Kapoor, Duty Manager Drupti and all other staff in the hotel are very friendly and know how to look after their guests very well. Thank you to the entire Pullman team for their excellent services during our stay.
