Overall the stay was decent, few things worth mentioning - We had a few technical issues with our room, such as a power outage that was solely in our room and our commode flush stopped working at times- both of this was dealt quickly - My friends considered the staff at the executive lounge sometimes unhelpful and rude. An example was during breakfast my friend asked what additional options were available given that we had seen others order eggs and dosas. The response she received was "It's limited" Later on, one of the chefs came out and my friend spoke to him to get a proper debrief of what's possible. Highly recommend the staff, especially at the executive lounge, to be more accommodating than providing curt responses.

We only had one night and one day here but we thought this was the best hotel on our 2 week trip. Room was very clean and spacious, food was delicious and the staff were wonderful. Special thanks to sahi on reception and to the wonderful staff in charge of luggage and front of house.
