What a relief from all the madness around us!

Needed top stay near Delhi air[port for early flight. The Pullman Hotel exceeded our expectations. Great service and very quiet rooms.

pleasant experience

Last night before we flew out the next morning. Absolutely luxurious hotel. High quality everything. Had too little time to explore everywhere. And sad that we had to leave before breakfast (6.30am) but we did get coffee/juice and the offer of packed breakfast.

I was amazed by the excellent service provided by the whole team at the Pullman New Delhi, especially Nar Pramanshu. The team are very polite and attentive. A few days before arrival I ordered several items online to the hotel address, and they stored them well. I am very grateful for that. The welcome drink at the lounge was a nice touch. The rooms were big and comfortable with bathtub which was a plus. Although there was a slight misunderstanding regarding extrabed bookings, they are very quick to fix it. Breakfast buffet definitely worth the price: wide variety of quality food and tons of healthy choices. Over all, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Short but adequate

Great restaurants but as only staying for a short time could have been told about different options available. Went in for dinner and was provided with menu. Had no idea a buffet supper was available. Very clean everywhere. Bedrooms were very comfortable and bed was great. Appreciated the soft pillows. The staff were professional very helpful. I will definitely come back.

I stayed overnight, having completed a tour through parts of India before I flew back abroad. The hotel is easy to get to from the airport. The car pickup was fine. The room was very comfortable and plush. The staff very incredibly friendly. Had a nice drink at the bar, and a lovely buffet dinner before going to bed and slept soundly all night. The breakfast was great too as was the checkout and transfer back to the airport. Will happily recommend this to friends and will happily come again.

Over all it was a good stay ! Specious room , good breakfast but I was bit disappointed with Club lounge menu which was very limited!

From the pick-up from the airport to being dropped off at the airport, we can only say, we were cared for completely. Nothing was too much trouble, all staff were attentive and keen to make our stay a memorable one. We can assure you, we will not forget Pullman Aerocity Delhi. Service in the Pluck Restaurant to the Club Lounge, was attentive, without being over bearing. We were busy doing tours, but would have enjoyed having more time to enjoy the benefits of or Club level package. When we did, it was relaxing and great value. I did not write down all the staff names, I remember Vikrant and Ravi in the Club Lounge, really looked after us with food and drinks, as well as some conversation, as their duties permitted. At breakfast, when we didn’t have to rush, we enjoyed the attention we received. Thank you for making the last three nights in India, very memorable

Last night of a two week trip to India, expected an "airport Hotel" experience, but very pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the staff. Our breakfast buffet on leaving was the best we had experienced throughout our stay, which had included many 5* plus hotels. At breakfast Divya couldn't be more helpful.

One night stay at end of three whirlwind weeks sound Rajasthan. My last opportunity to have excellent Indian food and the Indian treats for breakfast were delicious! We used pool, gym and executive lounge, facilities good and staff very helpful.
