The room was spacious and we got a good view of the beachfront. The hotel staff were accommodating, and the servers at the lounge were very attentive, friendly, and efficient. We were served by Tulip and Angelo who exhibited much enthusiasm and care. Though I think that the selection of food there could be expanded.

Location & Facilities: The Pullman Pattaya offers good value for money in a convenient beachfront location. The property shows its age (approximately 20 years old) with some dated design elements, but it has been renovated and is well-maintained overall. Room (Pool View): The pool view room was clean and functional with a pleasant outlook. Minor bathroom observations: limited hooks for towels and clothing, and no handheld shower attachment (only overhead shower available). Breakfast: Standard international buffet breakfast is provided. The selection covers basic needs, though fresh fruit variety was somewhat limited during my stay. Staff & Service: The coffee station at reception is excellent - well-stocked and maintained throughout the day. Staff were professional and responsive. Overall: A reliable mid-range option for Pattaya. The hotel delivers on essentials with good maintenance standards, despite the property's age showing in some areas.

Difficult for Handicapped

Hotel is very good in North Pattaya. we were there for 6 nights. However some difficulty can be faced by travelers having walking difficulty or handicapped. For going to restaurants you have climb a lot of staircases daily at ground floor level to go to restaurant for breakfast. However reception was good enough to arrange wheel chairs for such 2 senior citizens having walking difficulty in my family. to go to south pattaya it costed us about 200 bahts daily by Taxi for going to different restaurants.

All the receptionists on duty were very warm and welcoming. We were especially happy and satisfied with Mario’s assistance in selecting our room. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to our preferences made a big difference to our stay. Thank you, Mario, and the front desk team for the excellent service at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G. We truly enjoyed our experience and would be happy to return again.

This hotel is so satisfying that I visited Pullman Pattaya G to enjoy the year-end vacation for the fourth year. In particular, this visit was made more enjoyable thanks to the more satisfying and friendly steps SARA and TISHA with free room upgrades and early check-in service. thank you 😊
