We spent two weekends while visiting and traveling with our son who is stationed here. The hotel is very convenient to the base, rail and a shopping center with restaurants. There is also a Starbucks across the street. We opted for a bay view room with breakfast which was totally worth it. View was great and breakfast was a large buffet with a variety of choices in addition to a made to order entree. Room wasn’t too small and had every amenity you may need. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They held two large suitcases while we traveled, gave us a late checkout for a small fee and supplied an umbrella on a rainy day. We really enjoyed our stay and felt at home.

홈페이지에 3인 숙박으로 표시되어 있어, 예약했으나 투숙당일에 2인으로 예약되어 있다고 추가요금을 요구하였다. 조식을 포함한 것도 아니고, 추가베드가 이미 설치된 방(낮은 층)으로 배정받았는데 추가요금을 달라고 해서 황당했음. 다른곳에 갈수도 없어서 지불하고 머물렸으나, 간이침구라 너무 불편했고, 차라리 다른 방을 잡는 것이 나았을듯 ..

Io booked 2 rooms in this hotel for one night. One with one bed and it was awful no room to move and smell bad and it looked old and other room is 2 single bed for me and kids and this was hazard room. My kids get hurt bc all the wires was such a mess on the floor. This unacceptable for hotel . hotel is dirty and hazard and expensive

The property is impeccably clean, and everything about staying there works great for my business stays in Yokosuka. But what makes the place great is their staff. They hire great people there, and they work hard to make you feel welcome and important. Front desk, café, and restaurant personnel - they are professionals and take pride in their work. Get to know them while you're there!

Usual business hotel, clean, good service and nice location. Very close to metro/rail station and to the navy harbor, it provides and amazing view from the 20th floor from where the harbor and the Fuji are like postcards.

Thank you for the stay at Mercure Yokosuka. I guess our service is not enough to satisfy you...We will improve our service in every direction. We hope your next stay becomes more pleasant one. We look forward to assisting you soon again!
