식당에서의 경험이 특별합니다. 비행기 시간이 얼마 남지 않아 빠르게 조리되는 음식을 요청했는데 직원분이 내 일처럼 신경써서 잘 대응해주셔서 감동적이었습니다. 로비 라운지 식당 직원분 이름을 알았으면 좋았을 걸 그랬어요. 매우 감사했습니다.

긴자나 주요 지역을 가려면 반드시 택시가 필요하지만 하네다 공항갈때는 너무 편리했어요. 위치는 별로이나 좋은 뷰와 좋은 시설로 좋은 여행을 마무리했습니다

한국인 남성 직원이 응대를 친절히 잘해 주신 게 아주 기억에 남아요. 이름을 깜빡하고 못 물어봤는데 좋은 경험으로 남아 있어서 꼭 칭찬의 말씀을 드리고 싶어요. 수영장, 사우나도 아주 청결하게 관리되고 룸 상태도 좋았어요. 다만 조식은 좀 더 맛있어지면 좋을 것 같아요.
