세번째 방문이고 매번 불편한점 하나도 없이 잘 머물다 갑니다! 페어몬트 도쿄에 올때마다 느끼지만 아코르 멤버로서 여기만큼 정말 제대로 대접받고 케어받는다는 느낌을 받는곳이 드물다 생각이 들어요. 개인적으론 호텔에 머무르는동안 고객이 불편한점이 생겨 요청을 하지 않겠끔 준비해 서비스하는 곳이 제대로 된 호텔 서비스라 생각하는데, 페어몬트 도쿄는 이런 점에서 충분히 부합한다고 생각이 듭니다. 모든 스태프분들이 너무 친절하고 프로페셔널하게 응대해 주셨어요. 세심하게 챙겨주신 덕분에 머무는 동안 단 하나도 불편한 점 없이 편하게 쉬다 갈 수 있었습니다.특히 업그레이드된 골드 라운지 식음(F&B) 메뉴들도 기대 이상으로 구성이 알차고 맛있어서 만족스러웠습니다.멋진 호스피탈리티를 보여준 모든 팀원분들께 감사드리며, 다음 도쿄 방문 때도 꼭 다시 찾을 생각입니다!

호텔 입구에서 캐리어를 받아주면서, 1층에서 여권 확인 후, 체크인 카운터까지 자연스러운 이동. 얼리 체크인이 가능했고, 도쿄 타워 뷰 룸으로 업그레이드 제공해 주셨고, 레이트 체크아웃도 만족스럽게 설정해 주셔서 매우 만족.
체크인 시 DEPOSIT은 200,000엔 설정되었고, 체크아웃 시 DEPOSIT 결제는 취소되고, 실 숙박금액으로 재결제 된다고 안내해 주셨음.
이 안내와는 다르게 체크아웃시, 다른 직원이 DEPOSIT에서 실 숙박금액을 제외한 부분만 승인된다고 하였으나. 아직까지도 200,000엔 승인된 상태로 유지되고 있음. 체크아웃 진행한 직원은 왜 체크인 시 안내해주신 내용과 다르게 처리했는지, 호텔측에서 확인 후, 빠른 처리 요청.

We also regret the inconvenience regarding the inability to redeem your Accor points for restaurant charges and the lack of a clear explanation. 작년오픈한 새호텔이라 깨끗했고, 도쿄타워뷰인 만큼 쇼파랑 테이블 배치도 좋았음
침구푹신하고, TV 엔터테인먼트앱이나 마샬스피커 좋았고, 무엇보다 욕조랑 샤워실 넓은거도 좋았음
요가매트 잠옷까지 편안하게 머물수있는 소품들도 잘되어있고 캡슐커피머신에 다기까지 다좋았음
역이랑 바로 붙어있지는 않지만 역에서 이어지는 보행로 잘되어있고 가림막있어서 비와도 무사히 역으로 갈수있어서도 좋았음
스탭분들도 처음 호텔에 들어서면서부터 떠날때까지 모든 분들이 친절하고 편안하게 대해줌
