새로운 시설은 좋은 퀄리티로 유지되고 있고, 특히 수영장과 사우나는 환상적이었습니다. 모든 직원들이 매우 친절하며, 추가 요청한 가습기덕분에 건조한 날씨에서도 편안하게 지냈습니다. 연박 동안 방은 매우 잘 정돈되어있었습니다. 날이 좋으면 후지 산 도 잘 보이고 도쿄 야경은 언제봐도 좋았습니다. 도보여행은 아쉽지만 기차로 관광하기에 나쁘지 않은 위치입니다.

생애 모든 여행 중 가장 특별한 경험을 했습니다. 서울 페어몬트도 여러 번 방문했지만 도쿄 페어몬트는 정말 특별했어요. 체크인 때 정말 운이 좋게 한국분이 응대해주셔서 호텔의 첫인상이 참 편했어요. 남자분이셨는데 스몰토크와함께 호텔의 시설에대해 상세히 안내해주셨어요. 룸까지 함께 올라와 안내해준 것, 호텔 이용 팁까지,, 정말 감사하단 말 전하고 싶어요. 저희 룸의 하우스키핑 담당자분, 정말 센스 최고에요. 화장품들 널부러두고 나왔는데 정말 깔끔하게 정리해주셔서 그대로 두고 호텔 이용했어요 ㅎㅎ 턴오버도 요정이 다녀간 듯한 기분, 매순간 기분 좋았어요. 수영복이 없어서 수영장 이용은 못했지만 사우나는 깨끗하고 시설 및 소모품 준비가 잘되어 있어요. 다음 방문에는 수영장 이용도 하고 싶네요. 준비 되어있던 파자마 소재가 정말 좋아서 ㅎㅎ 제 잠옷은 빛을 아예 못봤네요. 정말 소소한 것들조차 완벽했습니다. 조식 레스토랑 뷰가 어마어마하고 음식들 맛이 좋으니 조식을 꼭 드셔보시길,,

하드웨어는 완벽했습니다. 좋은 방크기와 방안에서의 도쿄 시티뷰의 감동... 그리고 생일이라고 챙겨주신 여러 감동 포인트들이 있었습니다. 또한 웰컴드링크의 활용도 역시 아주 좋았습니다. 조금 아쉬운 부분에 대해서 공유하고자 합니다. 1. 조식의 빈약함. 뷔페가 아닌 것은 이해를 합니다만 준비된 음식 종류(특히 메인)에 대해서 아쉬움이 있습니다. 2. 아코르 플러스 할인 식당의 제한. 아코르 플러스 회원의 할인이 미적용 되는 식당이 많아 아쉬웠습니다. OFF RECORD의 커버차지에 있어서도 투숙객과 차이가 없어 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 전반적으로 만족도가 높아 다음 도쿄 방문때도 다시 페어몬트 도쿄를 이용할 것 같습니다.

스태프들이 모두 친절하였고 객실의 하드웨어가 훌륭하였음. 도쿄타워가 보이는 뷰도 훌륭했음. 특히 수영장만큼은 도쿄에서 따라 올 호텔이 없다고 생각함.
