It is also wonderful to hear that your arrival experience, check in process, and welcome amenities contributed positively to your stay. At the same time, I would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced regarding the breakfast arrangement on you’re the Stay Plus booking. We understand how unexpected charges can cause disappointment, especially when the booking was made in advance. As you have noted, the Stay Plus benefit provides a complimentary night for accommodation only, and breakfast is not included unless clearly specified. However, we recognize that this condition may not have been communicated clearly enough, which led to the misunderstanding in your case. Your feedback highlights an important area for improvement, and we are currently reviewing how this information is presented to ensure greater clarity for our guests at the time of booking and upon arrival. I am also very sorry to learn that your breakfast experience did not meet expectations. Please be assured that we are addressing this with our team through additional training and closer supervision, with a strong focus on attentiveness, accuracy of orders, and overall service consistency. We are also reviewing our breakfast menu selection with our Executive Chef to better meet guest expectations and improve satisfaction.
