역에서 가까워 접근이 좋으면 보도를 통해 여행가방을 가지고 이동하는 데 무리가 없습니다. 호텔 근처에 공사현장과, 철도가 있었지만 전혀 그 사실을 느낄 수 없을 정도로 조용했습니다. 주변 방에서의 소음도 없었기 때문에 오히려 우리 방에서 아이의 소리가 다른 방에 피해가 되지는 않았을지 걱정입니다. 첫날 늦게 도착해서 방에 들어 가서 이곳 저곳을 살피는데 벽과 금고가 있는 서랍의 사이 어두운 공간에 다른 사람의 옷이 남겨져 있었습니다. 위생상태에 대한 걱정 보다는 알 수 없는 불편함과 두려움이 있어서 손대지 않고 로비의 담당자가 직접 확인하고 치워주기를 바랬는데, 상황을 확인한 후 방을 교체해 주었고, 그 다음날에는 편지와 함께 음료와 과자도 제공해 주었습니다. 문제는 언제든 발생할 수 있지만 그 문제를 어떻게 해결하는지가 중요하다고 생각하는 입장에서 신뢰가는 호텔의 모습에 All accor와 Mercure의 정책과 담당자에 더욱 깊은 믿음과, 애정이 생겼습니다.
