위치가 신바시, 히가시긴자, 긴자역 전부 이용 가능해서 어딜가든 편리. 다만 지하철역과 도보로 걸어야 함. 도쿄역에선 택시 7-8분 소요. 서비스 친절함. 체크인 과정도 매끄러웠고 직원(한국인) 응대도 좋았음. 다른 직원들도 친절함. 조식은 그냥 밖에 나가서 사먹는게 나을듯함. 방은 긴자답게 좁지만 1인 여행객에게는 부족한 것 없음. 혼자 간다면 재방문 의향있음.

군더더기 없는 서비스가 인상적이었다. 체크인시 인보이스에 회사 주소가 포험되도록 요청했는데 체크 아웃시에 전달해 주겠다는 답변을 들었고, 체크 아웃시에 미리 준비된 인보이스를 정확하게 전달받았다. 다른 호텔에서는 해당 요청을 하면 현장에서 처리하느라 몇 분씩 걸리던 일을 사전에 미리 준비하여 서로의 시간을 절약할 수 있었다
