L’hôtel est incroyable, la nourriture, le service rien à dire. Unique point négatif est la navette pour aller aux chambres qui nous rend assez dépendant de l’hôtel en terme de déplacement intérieur

As our resort is built along the hillside, buggy transportation is part of the way we help guests move comfortably around the property. Hôtel très bien situé : proximité de la plage, des commerces de proximité et des petits restaurants. Le petit-déjeuner est très très bien et très complet, les restaurants de l'hôtel sont très qualitatifs. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie est excellente. Séjour de 10 nuits. Hôtel magnifique, surplombant une magnifique plage accessible à pied par des marches ou par des navettes gratuites de l’hôtel. (Les nombreux restaurants sur la route en bord de mer acceptent presque tous les cartes de crédit.) Chambres magnifiques, spacieuses, confortables et bien insonorisées. Excellent petit déjeuner avec variété incroyable de nourriture. Séjour mémorable et idyllique surtout grâce à l'ensemble du personnel qui est aux petits soins, en particulier: -BEE au service voiturier -NEUNG du service médical qui m’a nettoyé chaque jour avec beaucoup d’attention et de gentillesse les plaies suite à une chute à scooter. -l’ensemble de l’équipe du petit déjeuner pour leur gentillesse, leurs sourires et leur efficacité, que ce soit à l’accueil, les personnes qui préparent les plats/fruits devant nous ou les serveurs. Mention particulière pour PUPAY, AKRON, EGI qui font un excellent travail (c’est un euphémisme) et qui se démarquent clairement par leurs attentions et leur disponibilité, qui sont si classes, doux, professionnels et parfaits qu’ils pourraient travailler dans un palace, et leur chef PONG qui s’assure au quotidien que tout soit parfait. KHAW était à la découpe des fruits chaque jour. Le jour de notre départ, sachant que j’adorais le jack et qu’il n’y en avait normalement pas ce jour-là, elle est allé m’en chercher quelques morceaux en cuisine pour que je me régale avant de partir. Cela m’a énormément touché. Que l’ensemble du personnel soit remercié et félicité car sans leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse, notre séjour n’aurait pas été aussi magique, si beau soit cet hôtel.
