Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, ou était parfait, le personnel très aimable, la propreté des lieux (merci à Nana notre femme de chambre) ainsi que les infrastructures. Cependant l'hôtel est à éviter pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, il y a beaucoup de dénivelés.

C’est un plaisir de revenir au Pulman naithon beach phuket. Un peu déçu de la literie et deux lits collés Pour faire un grand lit. Rien de grave et merci pour le sur classement. Pas de papier toilette dans les WC le dernier soir. Dommage OK

Nous avons à nouveau séjourné dans une villa-piscine du Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach pendant deux semaines. L’accueil et l’accompagnement pendant notre séjour furent remarquables. Un grand merci en particulier à Mme Bee et M. Albert, directeur de l’établissement, qui nous ont témoigné quotidiennement de leur attention après avoir organisé un service médical d’urgence pour l’un de nous. De plus, nous avons bénéficié de plusieurs attentions personnalisées suite à quelques nuisances sonores très ponctuelles. C’est justement dans ces moments critiques que l’on remarque la sincérité de la préoccupation du personnel de cet établissement pour ses clients. Un grand merci également à Yim qui a apporté le plus grand soin au ménage quotidien de notre villa. Ce souci du bien-être des clients nous encourage à revenir l’année prochaine dans cet établissement très confortable et magnifiquement situé.

Deux semaines dans une villa avec piscine au Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach… on commence à vous appeler des experts en “vacances parfaites”. Un grand bravo à Mme Bee et M. Albert pour leur attention quotidienne – et pour avoir géré le service médical comme des super-héros discrets. Et Yim, quelle star du ménage ! Même James Bond n’aurait pas fait plus propre.
