At Novotel, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every guest; therefore your feedback is very important to us. We apologise for the inconvenience of having to make a reservation for dinner; we ask this in order to ensure the specific time requested by our guests is available. Our front revolving door is regularly maintained; apologies our signs directly guests to our emergency sliding doors to temporarily use was not as visible as expected for you to sight. I will certainly pass on your feedback with our Executive Housekeeper regarding the hair dryer you used. Please rest assured that we will take appropriate measures to address the issues concerned to prevent future occurrence. We appreciate you sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will allow us the opportunity to serve you better in future.
