Love this hotel and the staff! Stayed for a special convention of Jehovahs Witnesses at Eden Park, we filled both the Ibis and Novotel. Even with every room filled and so many guests to care for, they were all so personable and friendly. And the food!!! The breakfast buffet alone is so impressive. Would give it 10 stars if I could
