The house keeping service at the hotel is quite good. Would like to mention specifically about Ravinder and Vimal who were extremely diligent in their work. The staff at Check in - Dhruv and Nitin also made our experience seem less. Recommend the stay here.

Wanted to post a 5 Star for my stay outside one thing, this one thing tarnished image of the property entirely. At 6:10 today Veg Dimsums were ordered. At 6:30 they came but due to small handling issue by staff they felt from the service plate, but staff was polite enough to collect and was apologetic. But in next 10 minutes the dimsum came back with the texture being same from front but torn from below, for the same I was given a justification that due to overheating the same happened. #ibishotels #accorgroup #badexperiences
