A very solid experience, the staff is absolutely friendly and welcoming. Tasty and good breakfast. The room was clean, bed comfortable. Only the overall room interior is getting on in years and would need an overhaul soon.

This was my first ever stay with IBIS and the hotel staff took forever to transfer my call to the kitchen. I had to call 5 times again and again and still I got a call back only after an hour of my last call. The same was the scenario when I asked for room cleaning. And twice the service desk people just hung up on me.

Got a shoebox size room

I asked for a bed with twin beds and received a room that was so small that both beds were joined together like a single bed. I wanted to stay over before an international flight and the room that was assigned to us was extremely uncomfortable with our several bags. We came here because it was a pet friendly hotel and were thoroughly disappointed as we were given a room in the smoking section. This along with the room size made our cat very restless before a long flight. To go with this the room also had a faulty bathroom door.

In short, your staff are awesome! Very courteous, welcoming, polite and caring. They're your USP in my opinion. This was my first time stay at Ibis. I was on my way back to Toronto and transiting via Delhi International Airport and needed to stay the night. I believe the chief personnel at the restaurant was named Manoj?! (My apologies if I got the name mixed up!). But he personally attended to me at the restaurant and when I found the food a tad too spicy, very generously offered complementary dessert to ease it out. The food was very tasty and I must've specified my spice tolerance level in advance, which I had missed out. The property itself, I realize is a budget hotel among all the Accor offerings. The room was small (expected given that it is a budget hotel), but some of the basic amenities and utilities in the room can definitely be improved. There was no shampoo/conditioner (as in the bottles were fully empty) and only one towel (would've been nice to have a backup option, without having to disturb the front desk). Overall, a good stay primarily due to tasty food and wonderful staff.

I had stayed in IBIS , AEROCITY throughout this year. The property is well maintained. But staff at reception, Housekeeping service in room & the person at pool was behaving very rudely to me. Staff at pool was arguing for nothing. I ordered toiletries on phone, but they didn't deliver me yet. It is not the way i expected from IBIS.

i hv stayed at the hotel on 4 sept alongwith my collugue and we hv taken half board plan. on 5 sept early morning i hv asked for tea but the guy in the dining services refused to serve us as we told him to add the bill in our room services. at time out of check out i complained about the service at that time it was told to me that the tea was complimentory. pls from next time such things should not happen with members
