The All Accor reception was not present during check in or during check out. The room facility was not up to the mark. We checked in late and still had to keep waiting for 15 minutes. The breakfast quality was average.

The check in process was a bit hectic. There were long lines and lots of people in the lobby. This is a tough first impression to get over. The staff was friendly and helpful, but they were clearly overworked and needed additional staff and check in counters to manage the crowd.

IBIS Aerocity New Delhi really needs to improve their services. We had to wait long hours in the restaurant and bar for orders to be taken. It was as if no one bothered about customers. The bill came promptly though. And the morning breakfast was one of the lamest that we ever had in Aerocity. It was just a very run down short menu.

Had a wonderful 2 night stay. The room was clean, the dinner buffet was plentiful. Mr. Mondal (gym trainer) was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. Great guy. Also Anurag? (the young gentleman from IHM Bhopal) at the front Desk stood out for a great check-in experience that didn't feel rehearsed. He is a natural conversationalist who picked up on personal information from my passport like the city of my birth (also bhopal) and talked me about it. He was also working when I checked out and saw me out. Very professional.

I had a pleasant stay in the hotel for 2 nights, but I was expecting bit more. Below are some of my observations which can be improved. 1. I had booked a room with 2 twin size beds, but at the reception I was told the beds are single size beds and not twin size beds. We ended up replacing it with a room with Queen size bed. 2. The bath room had all locally branded products like soap, toothpaste, shaving kits which looks like cost cutting. I think IBIS has a brand image and they should avoid these things. 3. Bath towels provided were very old and and had stains in them. Also we were not provided with just 1 towel when we were 2 adults and 1 child. 4. Though I don't want to complained about this one, but I would like to add that the bed on which we slept had some kind of bugs which kept biting in the night.

The size of the room was very small and the washroom and bathroom did not even had an arm length space, very uncomfortable. AC wasnt working all the time and even after manual adjustment it wasnt satisfactory. The washroom situation at the ground floor were dirty and needed attention. The experience between backend team and front end was severly poor as i kept getting e mail with contradictory information and front end kept apologizing for the errors. Not sure why one hand didnt know what the other was doing. Overall, only location is premium, i believe service, tidiness need urgent attention, especially during a time when cleanliness is of upmost important and other wise too. Buffet menu was average, with only 1 starter for veg and non veg and that too severly overcooked and desserts had Indian Mithai in place of actual culinary work.

I had previously styed in IBIS in Chennai and Pune locations which was sole reason for booking it even at a higher price point. Before booking I called to confirm about rooms and I was assured we will have big bed to accommodate 3 people(me,my wife and 6 year old son) but that was not the case. Also washrooms were too small in size and food in breakfast was repeated daily with a change to 1 or 2 items. I have more but just don't want to waste my time and energy on this. PS I stayed in room number 369 Check-in on 10th May Check out on 13th May

It was a vacation stay. The rooms are bit small for the price charged but the overall experience was OK. there is nice swimming pool which is properly maintained.

I stay at Ibis but this time breakfast was not good. There was no variety in breakfast. Kulcha was having smell i think more variety shoul be added in breakfast. Paratha were not hot. Housekeeping service is very slow.

I had a comfortable stay. Rooms are apt for a business traveller who is on a short stay. Location is convenient for reaching airport and not too far from the city. Front desk staff and restaurant staff were very helpful and professional.

This was my first ever stay with IBIS and the hotel staff took forever to transfer my call to the kitchen. I had to call 5 times again and again and still I got a call back only after an hour of my last call. The same was the scenario when I asked for room cleaning. And twice the service desk people just hung up on me.
