Well located as per easy access from airport and best for single stay and best place just the room was too congested and felt little less vibes and had the problem of charging electronic device and had to access reception for being charged the phone as had forget the charger

I did my best to notify hotel of late arrival. Sent a message on your website weeks before arrival. Received only a generic reply. Attempted to call front desk during brief layover in London. On hold. Cut off....etc. arrived at hotel about 4:15 a.m. was told by clerk that due to late arrival they did not have a reservation. She " gave " me a room for the night. Told me to discuss w clerk in a.m. Charged me $388.88! Room dirty. Dead bugs in that weird little bathroom. I slept 4 hours. Went to desk. Unhelpful,disinterested clerk ask me what I thought he could do. I was late! I hot and Uber with assistance of Wonderful doormen( one hearing impaired guy)! I've contacted Booking.com they told me to talk to reservations at hotel which I've already done. Now have been charged an additional $174.00 for a reservation they said didn't exist.i had heard good things about IBIS in Mumbai. Disappointed in this total mess. There are many early morning international arrivals in Delhi not sure why this was such a mess.
