Dear Team, My reservation for this booking was for Rs.8,089/- but I was charged Rs.9,029/- while checking in. I had told the duty manager regarding the same and they said they will refund the extra amount. I have still not received the refund. Kindly look into the same and oblige.

Our stay in Delhi was a two night stop over in between a domestic flight and our return journey to London. We wanted to be in Aerocity and have stayed in the Ibis before. It has everything we need: friendly, efficient staff, comfortable, clean rooms, a swimming pool, and a convenient location near the airport and the Metro. We were on our way back from celebrating several family weddings, were tired and mainly wanted to rest. The hotel was ideal: our room was spotless, well equipped and air conditioned, with a very comfortable bed and a compact yet cleverly designed bathroom with an excellent shower. The staff were lovely: very helpful and polite, and the breakfast was a great start to the day. All in all, just what we wanted

Very kind and attentive staff. Comfortable bed. Nice swimming pool. My only issue is the bathroom light..at night when you go to bathroom the light is too strong and its at eye level when using toilet. It affect eyes.

​We had an overall good stay, and the room service deserves special mention—the staff were exceptionally polite, helpful, and prompt. ​However, the buffet dining experience needs noticeable improvement, especially for a 4-star property: ​Food variety: The non-vegetarian options were quite limited (only two choices for starters and mains). ​Beverages: Both the lunch and dinner buffets lacked complimentary soft drinks or basic beverage options, which is standard at this level. ​Breakfast: Basic staples like yogurt were surprisingly missing. ​Dinner desserts: The spread was underwhelming—common items like ice cream and traditional Indian sweets were completely absent. ​With a few upgrades to the buffet spread, this property could offer a much better overall experience.
