It's getting improved, I must say it's getting improved then previously but I would really suggest that the washroom need to be taken care in a better way flush button all the time it comes out and also the amenities should have been kept in the washroom I would really appreciate Ankita from front desk and chetna from restaurant amazing both of them. Keep up the good work. #Girlpower

The rooms are really clean, the staff always greeting and smiling. All essentials are present in the room. The buffet is well spread and with great variety. Loved the experience. Special thanks to MsChetna who took care of me during the breakfast buffet.

Excellent service by Mr Om Vir Singh from house keeping. Enjoyed the stay a lot. Very near to USA embacy and airport. This guy cleaned my room nicely and provided food in room on time. Very polite in behavior and professional. Overall all the Hotel stafs are very cooperative and well behaved. Helped a lot during two night stay. Recommend everyone for a family vacation and enjoying IBIS

Mostly satisfied, I travel for business and have stayed at your hotel a few times now. This trip i had my wife with me, we ended up taking two single beds as one queen bed was too small for us, so not ideal. Also the pillows are quite hard compared to other hotels we have stayed at. But overall still a good result thanks.
