The service was not at all par with the hotel terrif. Housekeeping doesn't clean the room properly. They just change the towels. When i asked them to sweep the floors as it was quite dirty after 3 nights the staff gave me a very cold look. Another time i asked for spoon to be brought to my room and even after 1 hour they didn't bring it. You have to remind the again and again and they intentionally try to avoid your request. Same happened to me while breakfast when i asked for hot paratha but even after 4 reminders and 40min wait i didn't get it and had to leave without it. Breakfast experience is also not great. Another time my key card was not working, which it usually dont work. I asked for help and got a very bad look from the staff as if i am an idiot. Seriously i think staff need a training in hospitality skills.

I came here on a business trip and there is this rep who has been helpful throughout. the most funny incident for us and most troubling for her was when we were drunk and had locked ourselves out.Stella you have been stellar hotel rep since the day I came here, keep smiling and keep up the good work.

The stay was a different experience with a very good in house services provided by the hotel. The associate Raja provided excellent services in the restaurant!!! Overall the experience of stay is soothing......... ................!!!
