First of all, we would like to thank you for your kind words about our staff and the cleanliness of our hotel ! We very much regret to read of the disappointment as expressed concerning our location and its surrounding area. One of our strongest points is, as you pointed out, that we are located inside the South Station allowing our guest a direct access to all forms of public transport such as tram, train, bus but also the International trains like the Eurostar and Thalys. It literally only takes you a few minutes to reach the platforms. Indeed, International train stations can sometimes be intimidating due to its hustle and bustle that not only big capital cities are known for but most certainly also the bigger European train stations such as Brussels South. We can assure you that the security of travellers is one of the top priorities of the station, just as the security of our guests is the hotel's priority. Despite the positive aspects of your stay we are truly sorry you were not convinced by the benefits of our location.
