My room was at the 8th floor after they upgraded me. During the night I woke up several times due to drunk people congregating in the hallway of this floor and partying. I had the feeling these were gangs! I also found some hairs in the sheets which is never pleasant. Large rooms but not cosy, no water in the minibar.

It was very important for me to have a quiet room with ethernet connectivity to the internet. Everything was great. It is very quiet and very fast internet on a cable connection. Good and easy transfer to CRL airport + easy access to the Europen quarter by metro. Good breakfast. Very responsive and welcoming staff. This has been my second stay in this hotel and I will use it again next time.

Балкона нет .Окна не открываются духота в номере . Кондиционера нет то что дует это вентилятор ....Всю ночь жара ....постель вся мокрая от пота . Это вы называете хорош отель ?Холодильник миниатюрный . Воды в номер положено 2 бутылочки пластмасовых в сутки .Убирают номер когда им надо .Ванная комната очень тесная и узкая.... убирая одеждой трутся от наши полотенца . Туалетные принадлежности по минимуму . Зубных щеток нет .Халатов нет . Тапочки хотя пошли выпросили мы .Ниток с иголками нет .Кружки для чая черного цвета и постоянно их переворачивают ? такие же кружки и на завтраках с них страшно пить и не пили с них мы .Постель при поселении первые дни была не белоснежная .В отеле никакого внимания не было оказано это при том что мы остановились не не 2-3 дня ....Персонал на стойке регистрации приветливым не назовеш.

We stayed for one night only. It was perfect, just had a bit of miscommunication about using the mini bar which is complimentary for superior rooms. Enjoyed it and would definitely love to stay again.

We stayed there for 2 nights. We chose the hotel due to its location to the eurostar terminal. It is very convenient as the terminal is steps away from the hotel. It is also within walking distance to the Grand Place and Manniken Pis.

If you are going to use the trains for multiple trips while in Belgium or just want a centrally located hotel then the Pullman Brussels Centre Midi is for you. Friendly staff, nice clean rooms and it has a nice lounge to relax and have an adult beverage.

The rooms were nice, although not very large. I was on the 8th floor so had a very nice view of Brussels. The blackout curtains work pretty well, although it might not be enough for people who need cavelike surroundings to sleep. The only real problem was how long I had to wait at checkout and when I picked up my bag later in the day. Worse yet, during the 10 minutes I was made to wait to ask for my bag, I could hear other staff in the office chatting away. Thankfully I wasn’t rushing to catch a train, because I’d have been in real trouble.

So long as the cost is not too high, I normally stay at the Pullman when I am in Brussels (which is every two or three months). It is conveniently close to the Eurostar terminal. The rooms are nice and the breakfast good. It is also close to the Metro. I was surprised on this stay to find one of the light bulbs was failing and constantly flashing. They should have fixed this. The shower spray was also leaking, which they also should have fixed. Had I stayed more than one night I would have raised this.

There is nothing much to comment on. Everything (except someone left over half avocado in the minibar) was as to be expected. Had a bite to eat in the hotel bar in the evening. very decent. Bed comfortable. You cannot stay any closer to the Eurostar.

This was a very nice hotel. The personnel was okay and the room was okay as well. Everything was clean, but not everything was working okay. The hotel is at the Brussels Midi station. If that's a good thing I don't know. Unfortunately the price/quality ratio was crazy.

Just inside Brussels-Midi, very convenient. Room is spacious, breakfast is good. There were reviews which mentioned about the area being dodgy but our families didn't feel so. Great place to stay overall.

We stayed three separate times over two weeks. Each stay was remarkable.The rooms were clean and quiet, with blackout curtains. The staff was extremely helpful and took great care of us. We did not eat at the hotel. The hotel is within the Midi train station with direct access to many locations. It's about 15 minutes walk to the Grand Place. The area around the hotel looks a bit sketchy but we never felt unsafe nor were we ever harassed. I highly recommend the Pullman Brussels Centre Midi.

Well located in Brussels Midi Station, the Pullman is a great and very high quality hotel. The restaurant food is excellent, but limited. The bar food is also great. Staff are superb and friendly. Its super convenient for the metro (without going out of the station). Highly recommended.

Location was great as the hotel was connected to the Bruxelles Midi train station. Main attractions are within half an hour walking distance from the hotel. The room was modern and spacious. Bed was comfortable. The only issue we had was that the bath to shower mixer was stuck and could only transfer half of the water.

We had a conference in hotel and it was very nice. Rooms are clean and beds are clean and really nice to sleep.I wish I wouold have enough time to use sauna because I have been told that it is really great.
