Firstly, the reception staff here are fantastic. Professions helpfull. I thought that would carry over to the restaurant. I was wrong. The guy cooking the eggs and omelettes was so unbelievably rude. I have enclosed a pic from behind of him. The waitress in the restaurant had no idea what was going on and became flustered at the simplest of requests. When we were seated We immediately ordered drinks having been out all day. After 15 minutes I went to the bar only to see her chatting away to fellow staff. I only wanted water. Such a shame, because the rooms are excellent.

We stayed eight nights and as well as seeing Brussels also visited Bruges, Antwerp, Ghent and the Waterloo battlefield. Being immediately adjacent to Midi station the hotel was ideal for our purposes. Although not ideally sited for central Brussels it is just a half hour walk to Grand Place. We dined out several times but the hotel restaurant is also good and after a full day travelling it was nice to come back and know we could eat in the hotel. We will be back!

Perfect location for Eurostar train customers, the hotel is in the train station. The room is clean and reasonably big compared to other hotels in Europe. Easy to take other train rides to Brussels central and other cities in Belgium from this train station.

Appreciated the early check in given. I have 2 encounters with Moira, which both she was friendly, helpful and efficient. Definitely love the location of the hotel that is just next to the train station. Room is of good size, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the welcome drink as ALL member which was appreciated.

Having stayed at a number of Pullman hotels before, we were slightly disappointed. The room size was large with good amenities such as fridge, Nespresso machine, you could tell it hadn’t been updated in a while. The air con wasn’t working properly, light in bathroom mirror not working and generally feeling in need of a pep up. Disappointed with the cleaning too, dust in places and bits we could tell hadn’t moved within our stay, so attention to detail not there. Breakfast was okay but some of food luke warm and on Saturday they had no bacon, one coffee machine not working throughout our 3 night stay. Right above railway station, so good access to Eurostar and taxis and trams very close. About 25 min walk to town centre. Rooms were very quiet. Overall an okay stay but could be improved.
