After missing our evening Eurostar connection we walked in to The Pullman Hotel and received a very warm welcome. After a traumatic days travelling we had our room upgraded which was amazing. Great staff, clean, warm & welcoming experience

-Extremely Weak customer service -Bloody hot hotel without any windows/doors -Crazy busy breakfast corner, unfriendly staff -Small fitness area, very limited -expensive hotel -area around the hotel is not the best; lot of clochards, and no good restaurants

An excellent hotel within the Brussels Midi station. First class ambience with equally first class service.

The rooms are well soundproofed and the bed comfortable. For a layover between trains it is ideal. Note that the entry from the station was blocked when we were there, and it was necessary to go out into the rain to get into the hotel. The major failing was that, though we arrived late in the afternoon, our room was not ready. It is dispiriting to find a pile of very solid linen on the floor and a maid waiting for a workman to turn the sofa bed back into a sofa. Perhaps the answer is when booking not to tell them one is arriving in the evening. Then the room might be serviced earlier.

The facilities are excellent and being so close to the hotel it’s perfect when you need a last minute booking. It’s clean and comfortable. The last minute booking is not cheap mind you, at £200 you would expect the pillows to be perfect, and they were. The temperature in the room was perfect and it was very quiet, always appreciated when you’re tired. I would highly recommend it. We got there too late to try the restaurant and got up too late for the breakfast unfortunately. I like the fact that the toilet is separate from the bathroom.
