O pessoal da recepção é muito atencioso, cortes. Quarto espaçoso, limpo, bom café da manhã. O restaurante do hotel também tem um bom menu incluindo opções vegetarianas. Jantamos lá e foi muito proveitoso! O banheiro do térreo pode ser limpo com mais frequência. Como para acessa -lo é preciso passar pelo bar, intimida os clientes, apesar da orientação da recepção. Ao sentar um segundo para utilizar o mapará segundos , a recepcionista do bar fins recepcionou com antipatia pedindo para consumir algo ou se retirar do local. Não se atentou que éramos hóspedes. Ao nos encontrar no café da manhã no dia seguinte, ficou sem saber o que fazer. Isso atrapalha todo o bom trabalho dos demais. O hotel tem ótima localização. Não se ouve barulho do terminal de transporte.

Perfect for Eurostar - very happy

Arrived here last minute after a very stressed logistical nightmare of having to reorganise my trip due to flight delays. I just needed a hotel close to Eurostar that was clean and comfortable and this was it! Very impressed with the room ( had a Superior with a bath tub) and the breakfast was great. Literally in the Eurostar station!

Not a good customer experience

The check-in process was chaotic. The staff (both the junior ones and their manager) were not only making errors but tried to cover those up and acted very impolitely, even after realizing their mistakes. No apologies or compensation offered, despite taking very long time for them to sort the payment with the pre-registered card and accusations towards the customer (me). On top of that the assigned room was in surprisingly bad condition, with graffiti marks(!) on the mirror and a view facing directly into a sterile white wall. No feedback form available, which is always a bad sign - they are probably already aware of the low standard customer experience they are offering, despite the price and "stars" indicating something else. However, the location of the hotel is perfect, just next to the train station, I would still recommend trying to find another hotel even if it is only for a night - as you cannot trust the check-in process to run as smoothly as on expects at business-oriented hotels like this.

Good hotel not so good location

Good clean hotel. Efficient staff. Not so good a location though; a rough neighbourhood albeit under transformation. One feels uncomfortable walking about after dark. However, guests can access Brussels Midi Train Station direct from the hotel so no need to venture out!

First of all, we would like to thank you for your kind words about our staff and the cleanliness of our hotel ! We very much regret to read of the disappointment as expressed concerning our location and its surrounding area. One of our strongest points is, as you pointed out, that we are located inside the South Station allowing our guest a direct access to all forms of public transport such as tram, train, bus but also the International trains like the Eurostar and Thalys. It literally only takes you a few minutes to reach the platforms. Indeed, International train stations can sometimes be intimidating due to its hustle and bustle that not only big capital cities are known for but most certainly also the bigger European train stations such as Brussels South. We can assure you that the security of travellers is one of the top priorities of the station, just as the security of our guests is the hotel's priority. Despite the positive aspects of your stay we are truly sorry you were not convinced by the benefits of our location. Spend 1 night on this hotel arriving from Amsterdam. We were exhausted and the hotel right inside the traim station Brussels Midi was an oasis. They gave us an upgrade in room so it was spacious and comfortable. Had coffee machine and boiler in room with pods and teas. 2 bottles of water of courtesy were given. Only problem was the shower. It is not easy at all to open water, had to struggle for sone minutes to figure out how to set temperature and 2 different showers they had. Also as the shower is in a tub, coming out and in is kind of sleepery as floor is curvy
