Tive uma nas melhores noites a dormir num hotel. O conforto extremo do colchão e das almofadas simplesmente deixo me rendido. Viajo imenso e sinceramente nunca tinha dito uma noite de descanso tão agradável. Para além disso o staff é fantástico, super acessível, extremamente simpáticos e disponíveis para ajudar. Pequeno almoço muito bom.

Estadia de uma noite. Aspetos positivos: - Otima localizacao, numa das zonas mais animadas de Bruxelas. - Check in eficiente e muito amável. - Cama e almofada muito confortaveis, quarto silencioso, fácil regulação da temperatura - Room service muito rapido e simpatico Aspetos menos positivos: - Autoclismo sem pressão; - Quarto com muito pouca luz nartural (apenas uma janela pequena lateral), agravada pelo facto de as cortinas nap poderem ser completamente abertas e ficarem a tapar a luz do lado da janela. - Duas más experiencias com pedidos de taxi na rececao. No ultimo dia pedi taxi para o aeroporto, indicando que tinha pressa; reencaminharam-me para o porteiro, que me disse que tinha chamado o taxi, que demoraria 5 minutos e que eu deveira esperar no lobby (no 1º andar). 15 minutos depois apareceu um outro individuo, que falva mal frances, a perguntar se era eu que tinha pedido um taxi e que 'estava quase', mas entretanto pegou no telefone e chamou um taxi (entretantro tinham passado quase 20 minutos). Depois de esperar mais 5 minutos, desci as escadas para a rua (nem sombra do porteiro inicial) e acabei por apanhar um taxi que me disse que tinha sido chamado 4 minutos atras. Com isto, quase perdi o aviao. - Ausencia de espaço para colocar a roupa: apenas um espaco aberto entre a parede e o armario do frigobar com cerca de 40 cm e 5 cabides - Ausencia de ferro de engomar
