Construction and reorganization is absolutely not a good moment for staying in Sofitel Le Louise!And also the loud music,sounds and singing of people of the neighboring club/dancing/eat?rendez-vous house is verry disturbing!!!!! Altough the staff,people on the reception,breakfast,bar,housekeeping do extremely there best to make your stay agréable(fine and nice)They are a great and professional team!But,…. Since more then a year the overall service is going down fast,this is more 3 star service then 5 !And the reason:Corona and reconstruction is totally false and fake!!!Last year I stayed in soooo many 4 and 5 star hotels,mostly from Accor and everywhere was everything fine and picobello,…but,what once was the star on the Crown,Sofitel,is now slowly the blackhole! This was and is my favorite hotel,but the service overall and what you get as diamond member is so going down the lasts 2 years that it becomes really problematic!!! And it’s a pure management problem,if you turn 10 times every euro,if you take impulsive dessisions,if you downgrade always your service,with as fake argument,money,no rendement,you go loose more and more,faster and faster,loose everything…… Its just in your clients,good clients,every client you have to invest THE MOST!!!!! As you may already know we are currently going through a complete renovation of the hotel, including the rooms. This work will be completed within the end of this year. We have been working on creating a complete new experience for our guests, including new amenties sets, welcome gifts, etc... I would be glad to personnaly show it to you on your next visit. The hotel is clean and well placed. However the service is not up to a 5 stars hotel notably for the room service both for the breakfast and dinner (sometimes they miss your order (without apologizes) or they take to long time). It is better to have breakfast down because the waitress and waiter are so kind. In addition, in the room we can hear the noise outside which is not comfortable. Overall the hotel is great but does not deserve a 5 stars

Gostei do hotel, o único ponto negativo é o fato do hotel ter uma grande escada rolante para acessar a recepção, poderia ter um elevador, pois quando estamos com malas fica muito desconfortável para acessar o hotel. Até tem um funcionário do hotel que fica parado no final da escada, mas ele parece mais um estátua, não se move, minha esposa estava subindo a escada com duas malas e quase caiu ao sair da escada, e esse funcionário nada fez, nem se moveu.

Estive com o meu marido no Hotel Sofitel Le Louise durante 3 noites. Foi bastante agradável. Logo no check in fomos atendidos pelo Thomas, que nos concedeu um up grade de quarto e nos orientou sobre os pontos turísticos de Bruxelas, sempre com muita atenção e simpatia. Todos os funcionários do Hotel são muito atenciosos e simpáticos com os hóspedes. Tivemos late check out até às 15 horas no último dia, o que nos auxiliou bastante antes do retorno ao Brasil. A localização do Hotel é muito boa: próximo a meios de transporte (a estação de metrô Louise está a poucos metros), com boa oferta de lojas ao redor, e em uma região bastante agradável e bem frequentada, o que é um diferencial em relação aos hotéis ao redor da Estação Central. O café da manhã também é bastante farto e gostoso. A minha experiência somente não foi perfeita pois o quarto estava com um pouco de cheiro de fechado, o que me gerou alergia. Mas devido ao inverno, entendo ser bastante compreensível.

Staff were really excellent, without exception. A vast contrast to those in an unnamed luxury hotel we stayed in the previous night in UK. Really well trained, well motivated and helpful. Thank you. However, room was very tired, the bar was really not upto paar for such a hotel. There are to be some redecorating efforts I understand but I wouldn't stay again until they are completed.

Great location, but rooms are in serious need of renovation. It is not a 5 star standard hotel, much beneath other 5 star Sofitel properties I have stayed at. The service was good, despite long wait times at the reception desk. Bed very comfortable and heating worked very well. As a Platinum member in a Deluxe room, there was no free minibar ... which I have in Novotel hotels ... I stayed here to earn points, otherwise there are better hotels in Brussels

Stay met all expectations, good room size, excellent bed, all amenities required, good breakfast, walking distance to city center. Bar is closed due to renovation works - look forward to seeing the final result!

Located off Louisa Square with convenient connections by metro to all of. Brussels, the quality of the stay was excellent. Service staff helpful and efficient and the room good size, clean and comfortable.

Localização, cafe da manha, quarto, atendimento, cortesia, tudo muito bom. Senti falta da sauna ( spa). A falta do spa ( mas senti falta mesmo da sauna). Teria que considerar este item para ser 5 estrelas.

It is a very nice hotel and very central for shopping, business and going out. However, at the moment is is being refurbished and it is probably not the best time to come. It was also the first time since I am gold/platinum member of Accor that no upgrade was suggested, which was an habit at this facility.

1st time back after several years. Great attention, breakfast is great, nothing missing. Excellent attention when I realized I had forgotten to empty the safety box. Great service and Sofitel shows once again that they deliver!

Everything good But the Milk....

all good. But 1 thing that spoilt the experience. I have asked in the late evening some milk for my little daughter biberon at the reception. they gave me a glass of milk for 12 euro (room service)... Unfortunately now this is one of the thing top of mind. I know there are procedure. But train your personnel to use their brain and put themselves in the shoes of the client.... it is like asking someone buying a ferrari to pay the fuel in the tank.... I hope you will fix it.,

hotel has strategic location, very nice, very clean, all staff were very helpful, and kind, from reception staff to house keeping staff, special great thanks for Madam Karima, who used to welcome us every day morning at breakfast, she was smily very nice person, very kind, so careful for all people, add to she peaks Arabic French and English.

Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. Turnover service was a little poor - only curtains were closed and tea bags thrown on the table. Once you arrive at the hotel there is no one at the entrance to help with the luggage. You will need to go up the escalator to meet someone for help.
