Very friendly and personalised welcome at reception. Great location on top of the Brussels Midi Station, very convenient if you need to catch an early train. Rooms are very spacious and clean, large bed, large bathroom, not noisy, great for a nice sleep. Breakfast very good with plenty of choices, omelettes to order, healthy options, all you need in the morning. Will definitely come back when taking a next trip!

This Hotel is right beside the Train Station and it was so convenient for train travel. The Hotel Staff was incredibly nice and went out of their way to help. The rooms were clean and spacious. It is also beside a nice market which was fun to shop. I would stay here again for the convenience!

Convenient location inside the Brussels Midi train station. Check-in was easy & the front desk staff were friendly. There were several swift lifts. The room was smallish but large enough. The bench seating along the wall provided ample luggage space. The bed was a bit on the hard side but had all non-feather pillows--good for allergy sufferers. There were nightstands on each side of the bed. There were power outlets on each side but, unfortunately, on one side the power outlet was at the floor--very inconvenient for two people needing to charge devices at bedside. There was a mini fridge, electric tea kettle, iron, and ironing board. The free water in the fridge was a welcome touch. The bathroom had a large shower. The shower water pressure was ok and the hot water stayed hot. The towels were decent, and the wash cloths were a nice addition. The wall-mounted magnifying mirror would have been great but the swivel was broken so it only pointed down. The WiFi was strong but wasn't password protected (boo!). Regardless of the few issues, I'd likely return again.

Great hotel if travelling by train and Eurostar. Clean and bright. Comfy large bed. Small shower room, but everything we needed. Plenty of seating in room. Nice large windows with moveable sunshades. Restaurant food was good too. Not noisy, great nights sleep.

Good Choice for Eurostar's Travellers

It's is very convenient for Eurostar's travellers as Brussels Midi station is just next to the hotel. There is actually a door leading directly to the station but seen from other reviews, the door is out of order for ages and not yet fixed till now. I am wondering why they don't act and consider something nicer for the travellers? The paddlestones outside hotel and people gather nearby are affecting the experience. The hotel is ok, not noisy even next to the station and the hygiene condition is satisfactory. Room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The water temperature of the showrer is sensitive to adjust and the pressure is good. Bath tube is equipped so water is not splashing out much which I found terrible in other hotels. You can walk to the town for around 30 minutes but the walk is not pleasant and is very local and I felt not very safe. Not crowded on the street but have to watch out especially at night. Another choice is taking subway which is fast and easy. I will recommend if you have a short stay and taking Eurostar. It is also convenient to take the train to other cities like Bruges and Ghent. Receptionsts were nice and trying to accommodate your needs. I have not tried the breakfast and there are some restaurants nearby as it is closed to station but quality seems fair. Good choice if you are Eurostar's travellers with short stay.
