We are pleased that you enjoyed our breakfast selection, known for its variety and freshness, and appreciated the cleanliness and service in our bar area, where we pride ourselves on offering local Belgian beers and a selection of finger food. However, we are truly sorry to hear about the discomfort caused by the external environment and the noise disturbance during your stay. We understand these situations can greatly affect the overall experience. Our location, directly opposite the Brussels-South railway station, is usually appreciated for its convenience, but we regret to hear that it did not meet your expectations in terms of ambiance. Regarding the disturbance you experienced, it is our policy to maintain a restful environment for all guests, and we apologize for any failures in this regard. We will review your comments with our team to ensure our usual high standards going forward. Furthermore, we apologize for any perceived inattention during your complaint handling; our aim is always to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently. Nonetheless, we are gratified that our breakfast and bar service met your expectations, and we hope you found the central location beneficial for your travel needs. Furthermore, we understand your concerns regarding the area at night and we always encourage our guests to take care when exploring the city. Nonetheless, we are pleased that you appreciated the hotel's strategic location opposite Gare Midi and the ease of access to public transportation, such as the nearby metro that connects you to the city.
