We are pleased that you found our location to be excellent, situated right in the heart of Brussels, providing convenient access to the city's historic and cultural attractions. However, we regret to hear that your initial room did not meet our standards of cleanliness and that the sound insulation did not provide the peace and comfort we aim to offer. We understand the importance of a restful environment and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Additionally, we acknowledge your disappointment regarding in-room amenities and the absence of tea and coffee facilities in standard rooms. We offer these conveniences in our premium rooms, along with other enhanced features, for those who value these additional comforts. As for the towels, we strive to balance guest comfort with environmental considerations, providing extra towels upon request to align with our Planet 21 initiative. Regarding the late checkout policy, we aim to accommodate our guests' needs while managing the availability of our rooms, and we are sorry if this policy did not meet your expectations on this occasion. Dear Guest, Thanks for your review about our hotel. We are thrilled that you enjoyed the comfort of our Sweet Bed by ibis, the cleanliness and functionality of our bathroom facilities, and the variety of options provided in our breakfast service. Our team takes great pride in ensuring a pleasant stay for our guests, and it is rewarding to know these aspects were highlights of your visit. However, we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced due to the lack of drawers in the room and the absence of AC. We understand the importance of a comfortable room environment, and while our air conditioning is regulated automatically for environmental reasons, we do have extra fans available upon request to ensure our guests' comfort. Additionally, we recognize the importance of a peaceful night's rest. Although our central location is perfect for exploring the city, it can bring the vibrancy of urban life closer to your stay. For future visits, we can offer rooms facing the quieter side of the hotel or provide separate heaters upon request to tailor your room's climate to your preferences. Finally, we are delighted to hear that you found our location to be fantastic, with easy access to Grand Place, Brussels Central Station, and local delights such as waffles and Belgian beers. Our aim is to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests, and we apologize if we fell short in this regard. Regarding the towels, our policy is to change them daily unless they are hung up, as part of our commitment to environmental sustainability. However, it seems there was a misunderstanding, and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. Fresh towels are always available upon request at the reception. In relation to the kettle, these are indeed provided only in our premium rooms. We understand the convenience a kettle can bring, and we are sorry for any confusion caused by the room amenities listed. We will review our communication to ensure our guests have a clear understanding of the amenities associated with each room type. We hope that you will return in the future for a more enjoyable stay.
