We are delighted that you found our check-in process efficient and our breakfast offerings to your satisfaction, with a variety of options from cereals to hot foods and a popular waffle maker. Our aim is to provide a delightful dining experience to start the day right. However, we regret to hear that the room size and the towels provided did not meet your expectations. Our rooms are designed to be cosy and efficient, and we're sorry to hear that the room felt smaller due to the dormer style window. Regarding the towels, we ensure that they are fresh and of quality, and we are looking into your comments to ensure that all our linens meet our guests' expectations. We also provide extra towels upon request to accommodate any additional needs. Finally, we are pleased that you appreciated our prime location, just a short walk from both the central train station and the historic Grand Place, making it convenient for our guests to explore the beauty of Brussels. Additionally, we acknowledge your disappointment regarding in-room amenities and the absence of tea and coffee facilities in standard rooms. We offer these conveniences in our premium rooms, along with other enhanced features, for those who value these additional comforts.
