We are pleased that you found comfort in your room and the convenience of our proximity to the Central Station and the effervescent Grand Place added to the enjoyment of your stay. However, we regret to hear that the air conditioning unit in your room did not maintain the quiet atmosphere we strive for. We understand how important a peaceful environment is for our guests.
