Visited the hotel during our school visit to Cern We were a group of 48. .Very nice hotel clean great breakfast. Personnel really nice and kind ,helpful at every request. Specially Sylvia was very kind and understanding managing our students while they stayed in the hotel . Njce location

Convenient location at an affordable price. The rooms are okay but some of the bathroom fixtures could be updated. The mattress was good. The breakfast was offering a wide range of options. The staff was great. Smooth experience overall.

Good location (highway,shopping mall), good toilet paper, bathroom amenities but cheap breakfast buffet, from which you can see a messy kitchen. For that price one would expect fresh orange juice and warm bread.

Only worth it for water park

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. Would recommend stay 2 nights max. We choose the hotel cause we wanted a water park for our kid. Pros: 1. water park 2. Free parking 3. Close to Geneva airport 4. Shopping center near the hotel. Cons: 1. Air condition only worked on heat. The week we stayed was around 20-24 degrees. The window opens a bit, but a lot of bugs kept flying in. We got a cooler, which we had to carry to the room- didn’t help much. 2. The room seems like it can use a good clean. Nails on the floor and dead flys. 3. Water pressure very low almost impossible to get a good shower. 4. All the room is very dark, especially the bathroom. 5. The shower does not have a curtain so all the bathroom gets flooded. 6. Only 2 electric sockets in the room and one in the bathroom. 7. Breakfast very poor. No eggs, bread runs out very fast and when they bring a new one, they only bring one- So it takes time until you get bread. Would have been good if someone will check what missing and not wait until people ask. 8. No minibar, no Safe, no Closet. 9. You don’t get towels for the water park, so you need to bring your own. 10. Really funky smell at the hotel. Really only worth it for the water park, and the water park isn’t perfect as well but very nice especially for young kids.

We booked this hotel for a little break, €115 for 3 of us in a room, for one night, including the entrance of the Vitam park & breakfast. Room was spacious for 3 of us with good breakfast with a bit of everything. We may come this time during last week of summer holiday, means lots of family & kids. We heard the crying baby near door in the middle of the night... Otherwise, it was a really nice place, with shopping center & the park that got other sport activities too.
