We are delighted that you appreciated our breakfast offerings, the bar platter you enjoyed on your first day, and the attentive service provided by our team. It is gratifying to know that these aspects contributed to your memorable experience at our hotel. However, we regret to hear about the air conditioning issue in your room. While our individual controlled air-conditioning is generally appreciated for its efficiency, we acknowledge that your comfort was not fully achieved due to this. We will look into this matter to ensure that our future guests do not encounter a similar situation. Finally, we are thrilled that you loved our central location within Geneva, the value for money we strive to offer, and the convenience provided by the complimentary Geneva travel pass. Dear Guest, It’s kind of you to leave us this feedback about your recent visit. We are truly honored by the commendation you have bestowed upon Hotel Rotary MGallery Geneva. We are delighted that your experience with us was enhanced by the prompt luggage service, the comfortable and well-appointed Signature room, and the premium amenities including the coffee machine. It is also wonderful to hear that your welcome drinks, particularly the signature rose cocktail, contributed to the pleasure of your stay. Nonetheless, the highlight of your visit appears to be the culinary delights you enjoyed, from our unique signature breakfast to your overall dining experience. Additionally, we are thrilled that our policy of accommodating late checkouts added convenience to your departure. While we regret not offering a lake view, we are pleased that our city center location and the many other facets of our boutique hotel provided a memorable stay. It is delightful to hear that you had a very peaceful sleep, benefiting from our location tucked away from the city's hustle and bustle, yet in close proximity to the picturesque lake and the historical old town.
