Very good stay here for a budget hotel. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nice sized room with a comfortable bed and good pillows, decent sized bathroom. Breakfast had good choices, with fresh bread and pastries. Great location for coming from the airport, with Westfield shopping centre so close and good tram links to explore the city.

Super service! Right next to train station. We got connected rooms also They called us the day before to ask if we wanted it. Thats good service.

The hotel is centrally located next to the train station and also just right opposite the train stop for Rhonexpress airport express. There is a big shopping mall at the other side of the train station and you could get all you need there The room is ok. bed is comfortable, breakfast is just basis but what i need to praise is thumb up to the flexibility of the hotel staff when i requested for late check out from 12pm to 2pm without any surcharge. If i visit Lyon again, i’ll definitely come back here

Is this the "upmarket" version of Ibis, with the Ibis Budget hotel right next door? If I'm correct, I would have expected proper glasses in the bathroom, coffee and (even if not stocked with alcohol), a bar fridge. There is good service, but not quite professional. E.g. I went down to reception to get a corkscrew and was told quite bluntly "please bring it back". Professional service means sending someone up to fetch it after 15 minutes or so (if it really is the ONLY corkscrew available). The room was very good. (You'll find clips of it in my video "Lyon two days in November 2024" - search for "Channel APvRV").
