Not up to par with the other IBIS properties I’ve enjoyed!

I stayed in IBIS properties in Tahiti, Baku, Belfast, and Paris. All excellent properties with sparkling clean bathrooms, comfortable beds and pillows, and hot water available for us tea and coffee drinkers. But this one is a disappointment. Mold in the bathroom, towels that are threadbare and scratchy, as are the pillows and linens. Dusty old drapes. Noisy, able to hear neighbor belch. I suggest finding another hotel. IBIS let down us fans on this one.

Our hotel is currently under renovation in the common areas of the floors, and we should resort to the aging of our rooms with work planned by 2025. We have been working with the same company for a very long time on our room linen, and are very happy about it. The linen comes from their office and is also washed on their side. We are sorry if it didn't suit you, but it's true that this company serves all hotels in Lyon. Our goal being to bring you complete satisfaction, I see that we have failed this time and I'm sincerely sorry. Beautiful views on the higher floors

I stayed with friends and we were given rooms on the top floor with really wonderful views on the Notre-Dame de Fourvière. The staff was very kind, and we very much enjoyed our time at the communal space with a Billiard table and flipper.

We went for the rugby world cup and the staff were incredible. So helpful and friendly throughout. A great hotel - really clean, great facility and well located! Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour Karine et toute l'équipe ! A bientôt !

Holiday overnight stay

We just had a overnight stay in Lyon, so we wanted somewhere close to the station. The Ibis was chosen as it met the requirement, checkin was easy and fast. The room was clean and cool which was important and was on the smaller side but accpetable. After a walk we deicded to see what was on offer on the on site Courtepaille restaurant, as it was a Friday we where expecting it to be busy, but when we arrived it was empty! After trying to select a number of dishes which where all not available we left to find another outlet. We went across the street and picked up some pizzas at Napoli Gang and ate them with some drinks in the outdoor area which was very pleasant. We had a good sleep in comfortable bed, breakfast was a decent offer of breads and pastries. I would chose this hotel again if staying in Lyon

Very good stay. Room a bit to small to handle two suitcases, but very clean and quiet with double glazed windows. Very good shower and bathroom. Efficient air-conditioning. Hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the railway station. Very pleasant and helpful staff. English is spoken. Good continental breakfast available.
