Good hotel, courteous & friendly staff. Rooms are good - very cleaned, hygienic and maintained well, good amenities. Food was OK OK - there was no option post 10.30 pm apart from pulao and khichadi. Food quality needs to improve cos there is just one option for dining. But you can order your food from Out side. Breakfast was good.

My stay at Ibis Nashik was wonderful. The staff was prompt, courteous and always eager to help, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the restaurant offered a great variety enhancing our family trip to this holy city Nashik.

Still Needs Better Service

No Greetings From Reception team when arrived, housekeeping people are not helpful when ask for 2 things they bring only 1 item and say Sir remaining item I will bring after 1 hour. Amenities are always missing in room, everytime have to call reception and ask for things. Toilets are not cleaned specially toilet camods and wash basin down part, too sticky & dirty. They do not give reply in mail, when we ask for special room to book, they only say one thing "it depends upon the availability Sir" and they never give even being a Gold Member.

Addended a function, the event was in their hall, the size of the hall was good our guest size - and the food was on outer lobby. The variation of food was okay and the event was well managed. You can consider the place to have a close knit event/function in the hall.

I heard about ibis Nashik.and now Finally im in ibis Nashik. Today’s is our family event is goin on. Hotel is superb . Services are mind blowing food is awesome. We are 150 around and here staff are very quick service given and I’m really enjoyed happy satisfied with overall specially thanks forMayuresh who taking caring and his all staff
