Great Experience at ibis Nashik. Ambience of the hotel is great. Lobby is good. Restaurant is big and spacious. Dinner and breakfast buffets are delicious. Food is very tasty. Staff is very friendly here. Amazing service by harshal and Neha. Check-in was very smooth by Yash and Janvi. Overall great experience with ibis Nashik.

All good service in hotel. Housekeeper Mr.Sandeep was extremely good serviced. Hotel environment is good and clean . Daily the room was cleaned very good and tidy. It was very happy to share my feedback to housekeeper. Also hotel breakfast is good. I thank Mr. Abhinandan was extremely good serviced and all went in good way. All staffs are very polite and take care from check-in to check out. Thank you IBIS.

Très peu de personnel disponible, ni pour les bagages, ni pour répondre à des questions ou aider. Restaurant : le choix doit se faire en ligne, validé par un num de téléphone, impossible pour un touriste. Qualité très médiocre, et cher par rapport à la qualité. Buffet du petit déjeuner pas digne d’un Ibis. Exemple : Fruits peu frais, que des œufs durs beaucoup trop cuits… Et le pire : heureusement qu’on a réagi tout de suite car on a tenté de nous faire payer nos chambres réservées et déjà réglées…. Très mauvaise expérience.
