From the moment we arrived at the hotel and were greeted by the doorman, the experience was lovely! All of the staff were attentive and helpful. I wanted a sea view room but did not get one. However the room was fantastic! The bed and linens were sumptuous. The lighting was great, the shower and bathroom area were fantastic! Wonderful water pressure! Hotel room temperature was great. And even with a city view the noise was not too much, and our sleep was not disturbed. The hotel breakfast was not only plentiful and varied but it was also a treat for the eyes! Everything was fresh, and delicious! There was something for everyone available! We used the hotel bar on New Year’s Eve night and it was a lovely/ lively experience as well. There was nothing about this hotel that was less than top notch! Clean, comfortable, great staff… made the hotels that followed on our trip not look as amazing. Loved this hotel, and I will stay at others based on this experience!

The food is great, the place is cozy and inviting. The staff is just excellent. The bartender Mamadou made us excellent drinks and was incredibly friendly and professional. He truly elevated our experience. Additionally, the other waiters were equally receptive and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. A small note: the portions are quite large, even in the tasting menu, so make sure to come hungry! Overall, an outstanding visit that we can’t wait to repeat!

Our stay at Sofitel was convenient and comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach, offering a great opportunity to stroll and dine, and it is well-located for accessing various attractions in the city. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the restaurant had a cozy ambiance. The property also features other dining options to explore. The rooms were reasonably sized, and the washrooms were clean and well-maintained. Overall, it’s a good property for a comfortable stay with family and friends.

Ogólnie bardzo jestem usatysfakcjonowany z jednym negatywnym zdarzeniem: w dniu przyjazdu otrzymałem pierwszy pokój z oknem, którego nie można było zamknąć ze względu na urwaną klamkę. Po interwencji pokój został wymieniony. Bardzo dobra obsługa :-)
