It is my fourth time in this hotel. from novotel Barcelona city, since I am a member of the accor chain and a lifelong customer of their other company ennismore and the truth is that I feel very dissatisfied; of the service provided today in the hotel restaurant by its manager Roger, very slow service, he spoke badly to his colleagues and also his lack of hygiene, he had dirty work clothes and he spoke very badly to the clients, many clients left without dinner in the morning lack of empathy from this manager the only good thing was the terrace that makes a good White lady and manhattan; then I will not return to this hotel again, I will stay better in Hoxton, very bad and very unfriendly service, and I will never return again; I wanted to send my complaint to the management at this hotel but the director was not there.

Not worth the money. While location is decent and mattress are ok and some of the staff are really helpful… - Rooms are in a poor state and even broken at times (bath tub drain not working, electric blinds broken) - Very poor amenities (no complementary water, no face tissue, nothing) - Very poor pillow

We are sorry to learn that you were accommodated in a room where the electric blind was broken, we hope that you notified us so we have been able to fix the issue directly and for the rest of your stay. We regret that the pillow did not meet your needs, as you may know all of our furniture is chosen to ensure our guest comfort, but we take note for future improvements. We would like to let you know that the hotel is following some environmental rules. These include the restriction of mono dosis amenities and the collaboration with Rituals to offer you essential and quality products. Regarding the bottle of water or the bath tub drain that wasn´t working, these are measures taken by the hotel because of the drought that is knowing Barcelona and because local authorities requested to limited our water consumption. We were on a short city break with our 2 teenagers. This hotel was fabulous!! Immaculatelyclean and comfortable room.Lovely roof top bar and pool.The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will be returning soon!

I’ve been coming to this hotel 3 to 4 times a month during the year. I’m always greeted with a friendly smile from the staff especially from Ivan, who works the floor and also front desk. He is always willing to give advice on local restaurants and to help in making reservations and arranging transportation. The roof top is fantastic and the food in restaurant is great. I’ll continue staying here during my visits to Barcelona.

G. Rodziny - Opinie potwierdzone ALL

Bardzo duży problem z kartami magnetycznymi do zamków w drzwiach i windzie. To nie był tylko nasz problem. Wielu innych gości miało to samo. Obsługa twierdziła że to przez telefony ale w innych Państwa hotelach nigdy się z tym nie spotkałem więc to raczej problem tego hotel. Z kolanka w wannie wydobywał się bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach.
