The Staff Turned a Good Trip Into a Great One

We had such a great stay at Ibis Styles Paris 15 Lecourbe! The whole team was super kind and helpful, which really made our trip more enjoyable. All the tips we got from the staff were spot on and made exploring Paris so much easier. Big shout-out to Manon and Gauthier – they were amazing! So proactive and friendly that it honestly felt like we had known them for a long time. They made us feel really welcome, and we’re super grateful for that. Definitely recommend this hotel if you’re coming to Paris!

The hotel is stylish and chic, with free waters, coffee , selection of tea to greet and use through out your stay. Beds are comfy , great location, my room with a balcony had a view of a romantic Paris building. The breakfast was good with great coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice. But I’m here to talk about how amazing the service was !! Valeria and Marina were the BEST EVER !! Just an amazing duo !! I needed early check in and the ladies accommodated me with smiles, I got lost and they helped me navigate the city, I didn’t know where to eat and they shared their favorite close spots. Everything I needed or wanted for my comfort these two mademoiselles were so happy to help me with ❤️, I felt like I was being serviced by my two best friends, and made my Paris trip alone exceptionally great, and I was at a home away from home. I would go back to Paris just to be in their care again ! Do not hesitate to book this place and ask for them 🫶. I could not of had a better trip in Paris without their utmost care, consideration and dare I say love. Thank you again Marina and Valerie

I stayed in room 702. The air conditioning was not working. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow. The lift takes about 10 minutes to arrive. There is no dental kit, no nail cutter, no ironing board. The staff didn't react to my complaints and didn't offer any compensation.

Price does not match the quality!

The location is good, but the rooms are small. No closet, iron, or safe box in the room. The room was not lit up well enough. Did not feel welcomed by the staff. Breakfast was good. The bed sheets and pillow covers were not changed during 4 day stay. The bed was comfortable. No towel was provided on the third day of the stay.

In a run down part of Paris. The hotel is in need of refurbishment. Rooms are tiny, dated and unclean. The staff are surly and unwelcoming The breakfast is stale and the staff fail to replenish the buffet in a timely fashion. Avoid at all costs
