It was my first time at Pullman Shanghai Central and I have to say that everything was perfect. A special thanks to Yulia and all the concierge's team for the support in arranging my staying and helping me with my Internet connection. Indeed super professional and absolutely kind.

Good service. Staff can communicate in basic English. Housekeeping great. Asked them to attend to clogged shower drain hole and the staff came quickly. Asked for additional towel and they sent it less than 15 minutes. Another guy on duty at the lobby by the name Ben was very helpful and greeted us every morning whenever we reached the lobby and help carry and load our bags into the XL vehicle that sent us to the airport.

Always very happy to stay at the Pullman, and always feel very welcome by Ben’s friendly smile ! Mostly travelling to Shanghai for business, with the hotel very well connected to both city centre (100 m away from subway) and airport, avoiding the confusion of the most Central areas
