Super clean rooms, central location, many shops and restaurants/coffee places are nearby, amazing spa, very helpful staff, thanks to bellboy Ben he was super kind! Will come back here again!

The staff was good good and helpful The cleaning lady at 10th floor was really good . Specially Ben at the hosting always Friendly and helpful!!! Breakfast was always freshly ever! Day !!

Rooms are too hot... it is 30 degrees

Rooms are at 30 degrees C, and they can't lower it.. It is too hot!!! can't they set the temperature at 18 or 20 degrees? Totally ridiculous, and to think that i have to suffer for another 6 nights!!!

Everything has been exceptional from start to finish. All the staff at Pullman have taken excellent care of us throughout the whole trip. We used Pullman Central as our base to move about in China with ease by storing our luggage and ensuring our return check in’s were smooth. Rooms were spacious, we stayed in the Deluxe King and then Executive rooms throughout our stay. House keeping staff were very attentive and provided all the necessary amenities as required. The breakfast buffet each morning a good range of food, and drinks. A good way to start off the day. The team of Gary, Stephy and Ben was simply amazing. Most importantly Stephy and Ben were both amazing in meeting the exceptional level of service with attention to detail. I would highly recommend the Shanghai Pullman Central hotel.

Doorman Ben is the best! Had a great stay here. Will definitely come back to stay here. Lavazza in the lobby is also good with good breakfast
