Atmosphere and decoration is warm and comfortable. The food is worth 4 stars, but the service is undoubtedly 5 stars. Lila offers the service immediately after I realize i need a spoon for the dumplings, and asks for refills for my coffee as soon as i finished it. Also huge thank to Lucas who helps to translate my needs to his colleagues. I will definately come back again if i visit shanghai one more time.

Hebe Zhang is great in servicing us if 6 people and she is great and thorough in taking us around and explaining the history of hotel. I recommend her to anyone and I thanks her personally

Hebe, our guide advisor was fabulous and very informative with respect to Peace Hotel. She is absolutely so friendly and speak English fluently. When you have a chance to stay at Fairmont Peace Hotel, do sign up for the tour. We will definitely come back again
