Anna 打扫房间干净整洁，主动主动添加茶水，咖啡，洗漱用品等，把房间，厕所，写字台，客厅等打扫的干净整洁，为客人在和平饭店入住带来了很好的体验。Anna did a great job cleaning the room, adding water, supplies and making the stay a memorable one.

Fairmont Peace Hotel, located at the heart of the Bund has the classical Art Deco 1930’s vibe. Rooms have the classic style but very modern. We stayed at a double queen room with very big bath. Rooms are quite pricey but worth the stay. It comes with a hotel tour with a 3PM english tour with Hebe Zhang, she was very friendly and accommodating. There are several photo albums showing also the history of the hotel

Very nice historical site that is still a hotel. The museum inside has historical artifacts. Wonderful guide Robin, Highly recommend a visit to the museum and the hotel overall!

Robin is a fantastic guide. The museum in the peace hotel is brilliant too. Definitely worth visiting if you fancy a classy republic China experience.

Wonderful experience in historic hotel

This is a historic hotel in one of the most historic locations in Shanghai. Touristy yes but well worth it when your room gets you access to the private history tour, the historic gates and entrance through the different doors! The hotel checks on random visitors entering, ensuring a relatively quiet hotel lobby so I feel very proud to be able to go in with a wave of my room card. The hotel itself is stunning, dripping in old-school Shanghai-style glamour. It makes you want to sit regally and sip tea, spend some time at the jazz bar and take endless photos. Service is excellent especially the front desk, English speaking and very helpful and responsive. The room staff was also helpful but can be a bit inconsistent depending on who’s doing up the room. Breakfast is good though crowded, but everyone is helpful. I would come back, just for the experience. Also if you have some cash to spare, do a photoshoot with the studio in the hotel. You get to take amazing pics in spaces not open to everyone! Go for morning walks on the bund when it’s not so crowded. The indoor heated pool is small but pleasant.
