Mike, from the concierge, has been of excellent help in tracing our missing parcel delivery, which were wrongly delivered to the office block . He voluntarily offered to trave them for us and sort things out. Thank you. Ben the doorman was also polite and helpful to visitors

Ben was terrific and friendly and very professional ! Shanghai was a great place to visit and the pulmann hotel was excellent!

Staying here every time I’m in Shanghai, great location and amenities. Especially enjoy the business lounge at the 24th floor to work and host meetings. Thank you!

Hot rooms with broken temperature controls

While the rooms are a bit dated they are very comfortable. The only complaint that I have is that the room is very hot. The temperature controls in the room do not work. Despite informing the staff two times about my issue it was never looked into. I am in the middle of a week long stay for business. I cannot imagine booking this hotel again specifically because I am very uncomfortable and there is no response from the staff.

Great hotel to stay and explore the city. Very friendly staff and within walking distance of SH metro station. Nice breakfast too!
