Everything has been exceptional from start to finish. All the staff at Pullman have taken excellent care of us throughout the whole trip. We used Pullman Central as our base to move about in China with ease by storing our luggage and ensuring our return check in’s were smooth. Rooms were spacious, we stayed in the Deluxe King and then Executive rooms throughout our stay. House keeping staff were very attentive and provided all the necessary amenities as required. The breakfast buffet each morning a good range of food, and drinks. A good way to start off the day. The team of Gary, Stephy and Ben was simply amazing. Most importantly Stephy and Ben were both amazing in meeting the exceptional level of service with attention to detail. I would highly recommend the Shanghai Pullman Central hotel.

Doorman Ben is the best! Had a great stay here. Will definitely come back to stay here. Lavazza in the lobby is also good with good breakfast

I stayed at the Pullman for work and it was enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean and the buffet breakfast was great. All staff were lovely, especially Ben who was always cheery and chatty at the entrance. I will book here again for my next trip.
