THE WORST PULLMAN THAT I HAVE EVER VISITED 1. The biggest problem is Air Conditioner does not work at all. I complained but the hotel does not give good solution and only give a Fan !!! 2. Welcome Drink, you need to ask first, they will never give it if you do not ask

I'm sorry that you didn't feel the strong air conditioning, because the temperature in Shanghai in recent days has been 17-20 degrees Celsius, so we control the room temperature at 22-26 degrees Celsius. Regarding your preference for drinks, we have checked that your reservation was made by a third-party online travel agency. According to Accor membership policy, you cannot enjoy membership benefits at the hotel. Of course, we provide you with drinks according to your needs. This obviously does not meet your expectations, and we will actively raise your opinions with Accor headquarters.we hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Thanks to the reservation team who was very responsive during the booking. The hotel is located right next to the entrance to metro station which makes it very easy for local travel. The morning breakfast has plenty of choices and they are yummy. The TV channels have some nice movie but free chapters are limited which you need to pay to watch further chapters.

- 변경된 호텔 공식 명칭 : shanghai pullman hotel jingan - 숙박 기간 : 02/08/2024 - 04/08/2024 (2박 3일) - 위치 : Metro shanghai station 5번 출구에서 1분 거리 - 치안 : 안전함 나는 해당 호텔의 19층 Accor member floor에 머물렀습니다. 호텔에 숙박하는 동안 리셉션 직원들과 레스토랑 및 컨시어지 직원들 모두 친절하였습니다. 룸은 아주 깨끗했고, 잘 정돈되어 있었으며, 웰컴 과일이 준비되어 있었습니다. 해당 호텔에 머물며 가장 고마웠던 이야기가 있습니다. 이 이야기를 통해 여행객들이 해당 호텔에서 얼마나 케어받는지 알 수 있을 겁니다. 상하이 여행을 마치고 호텔 마지막날에 푸동공항으로 가기 위하여 새벽에 체크아웃을 하였습니다. 너무 이른 아침이라 졸린 상태에서 소지품을 챙기다 보니 우리에게 남편의 웨딩반지를 룸에 두고 나와버렸었습니다. 이 남편의 반지가 없다는 사실을 알았을 때 우린 이미 공항에 도착한 상황으로 비행기 탑승을 앞두고 있었습니다. 나는 중국어를 아예 못하는 외국인이기에 번역기를 사용하여 호텔에 룸 클린 전에 급히 반지를 찾아 달라는 요청 메일을 발송하였습니다. 다행히 호텔 직원이 메일을 빠르게 확인해 주어 반지를 안전하게 확보 할 수 있었습니다. 안전하게 반지를 소포로 배송하기까지 약 2일 간 소통하는 과정에서 컨시어지팀 LEO와 TOM이 많은 노력을 해주었습니다. 내가 중국어를 할 줄 모르는 외국인이기에 더욱 힘들었을 것이라고 생각합니다. 그럼에도 마지막까지 친절하게 응대해주고 반지 발송을 완료해주어 고맙습니다. 나는 프로페셔널한 두 직원에게 존경과 감사를 보냅니다. 언제나 여행은 설레임과 긴장이 동반됩니다. 상하이 여행에서 숙소를 고민하는 여행객들은 Shanghai pullman jingan에서 긴장을 내려놓고 오직 설레임만 가지고 여행을 즐길 수 있을 것입니다. - The official name of the hotel was changed: Shanghai Pullman Hotel Jingan - Period of Stay: 02/08/2024 - 04/08/2024 (2 nights and 3 days) - Location: 1 minute from Metro Shanghai Station Exit 5 - Security: Safe I stayed on the Accor member floor on the 19th floor of the hotel. During my stay at the hotel, the reception staff and the restaurant and concierge staff were all friendly. The room was very clean, well-organized, and a welcome fruit was prepared. There is a story I was most grateful for staying at the hotel. This story will help you understand how much travellers are cared for at the hotel. I checked out at dawn to go to Pudong Airport on the last day of the hotel after my trip to Shanghai. It was too early in the morning, so I was sleepy and packed my belongings, so I left my husband's wedding ring in the room. When we found out that this husband's ring wasn't there, we had already arrived at the airport and were about to board our flight. Since I am a foreigner who cannot speak Chinese at all, I used a translator to send a request e-mail to the hotel to urgently find the ring before cleaning the room. Fortunately, the hotel staff quickly checked the mail, so we were able to secure the ring safely. The concierge team LEO and TOM put a lot of effort in the process of communicating for about two days until the ring was safely delivered to the package. I think it must have been harder because I am a foreigner who cannot speak Chinese. Nevertheless, thank you for your kind response until the end and completing the sending of the ring. I respect and appreciate the two professional employees. Travel is always accompanied by excitement and tension. Enjoyable stay and very late check out to match evening flight

We were given a very late check out as we had an evening flight which was very welcome. Breakfasts were tasty and good value. Rooms clean and well serviced. Best of all were the friendly and helpful staff all of which made for a very enjoyable stay.

The reception charged me for deposit for double of the real price and also poor skill communication.
