I knew what to expect from the ibis hotel group before, but I didn't expect such friendly people (I think most of them don't know English, only Mrs. Mert does, but they are all smiling) Especially the young Mert at the reception tried to take care of everything, I understood that he loved his job and always wanted to help me :) I mistakenly got my room with 2 separate beds, but that was not a problem for me and after 2-3 days, Mr. Mert wanted to give me a single king-size bed so that I could be comfortable, but I had too much stuff and I didn't want to change. I loved the breakfast, everything was fresh and nice, and especially if you are a vegetarian like me, everything is more delicious :) I recommend this hotel and these people

Standard Ibis hotel, far from town

Stayed here for one night in July 2024. Pros: 1) Rooms and bathrooms were clean. 2) Breakfast starts early (6:30 am). The spread was great with good vegetarian options. 3) The kitchen is open all day and the food was good. 4) The front desk staff was helpful, courteous and spoke excellent English 5) The WIFI was free with good connectivity and speed. 6) The tariff was reasonable. 7) The place was quiet at night and the sleep quality was great. 8) There is ample on-site secured parking. Cons: 1) There was a strong cigarette smell in our room despite the room being a non-smoking room 2) The location is far from the town centre. There is hardly anything near the hotel. You are stuck with the hotel restaurant if you do not have personal transportation.

Worst stay ever

The hotel is in need of urgent renovations. The bathroom is in a terrible state. Water leaks from the shower. If you want eggs to your preference, its an additonal charge of 26Tl for an egg. The staff are very unhelpful as well. Will never go back!

Nice Ambience, friendly staff and awesome comfortable and clean rooms with all amenities, nice breakfast and good dining facilities, but in Buttim Station, away from bursa city centre, thanks to GM and housekeeping staff
