As for the bathroom sink drainage issue, we encourage our guests to report any maintenance concerns to our 24-hour reception, so we can address them promptly. Regarding the towel policy, we offer additional towels at a small fee, and our cleaning service is provided every 8 days. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated to you. We also appreciate your feedback on the bed's sharp edges and will look into this matter to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests.
