Nous avions opté pour la villa avec bain bouillonnant donnant directement sur la plage. Un vrai paradis. Tranquillité, accès direct à la plage. A l écart de Kamala mais les restaus et le village sont facilement accessibles à pied en longeant la plage. À peine eu besoin de profiter de la très belle piscine à débordement de l hôtel. Service impeccable et petit déjeuner très correct pour la Thaïlande. L hôtel mériterait juste quelques rafraîchissements. Très envie d y retourner

Nous avions réservé la Villa deux chambres via le compte ACCOR de mon mari mais il n'a pas pu venir, une amie a pris sa place. Néanmoins, mon mari avait signalé que son épouse et sa fille prendraient la chambre. Cela n'a jamais posé problème dans les autres hôtels du groupe ACCOR que nous avons l'habitude de fréquenter. Ici cela a posé problème et la réservation de mon mari a été annulée pour être revalidée sur mon nom (ce qui nous empêche d'avoir les points !). Nous avions pris la villa deux chambres piscine sur le roof top. Quelques déceptions ! D'abord nous sommes 4 or il n'y avait que 2 chaises longues sur le roof top, ensuite aucune serviettes de piscine, gel douche, savon et serviette invité pour les mains n'étaient disponible sur le roof top (qui comporte pourtant une toilette et un douche). Ce sont des détails facile à mettre en place et qui rendent la prestation complète. Nous avons évidemment demandé que nous soient apportées des serviettes de piscine et il nous a été répondu que nous devions passer les prendre à la piscine, nous obligeant à les prendre le matin et les rendre le soir. Il serait si simple d'en prévoir dans la villa. Pour le savon, nous avons fini par le recevoir, bien qu'il nous a été d'abord suggéré d'en prendre un dans la chambre, une quarantaine de marches séparent le rooftop des chambres donc des allers-retours ne sont pas confortables. Qui plus est si nous prenons un des gel douche de la chambre, nous n'en avons plus pour nous doucher, à moins de remonter le chercher ! Le reste des prestations est conforme au groupe Accor.
