Having to share one room when you had specifically reserved two rooms must have been particularly uncomfortable and inconvenient for your family. We sincerely regret that, at a time when you needed our team to listen, understand, and find a suitable solution for you, we did not make you feel adequately supported. You should never have had to feel that your concerns were being overlooked, especially when travelling with your children.
