Great ladies weekend

Myself and 7 friends (ladies weekend) had a 3 night stay here. The hotel is very central and we got a great deal with an evening meal included. Food was very good. All the staff were really great and very friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great Stay in a Great Location

Just returned from a one night stay at this fantastically located hotel. The staff are really lovely and providing us with a friendly service. We arrived early in the morning and were able to check in 2 of the 3 rooms immediately. The hotel was spotless and also reasonably priced and was close to everything. Did use the bar or anything but looked fully equipped. Recommend a stay here and i will definitely return when i come back to Belfast.

Great central hotel at a reasonable price. The staff are truly amazing and provide great customer service. They're welcoming, friendly and just make your stay much more memorable and enjoyable. We booked 3 rooms for 6 of us. Rooms were spotless and had everything you need. Thank you to the staff member who made me a cheese toastie at midnight. You were all so accommodating.

I was staying at the Ibis Belfast City Centre with a young travel group touring around the UK and Ireland. The staff were so friendly! Shoutouts go to the bar staff, PARTICULARLY Jonny!! If you’re lucky to be staying at the Ibis Belfast City Centre and meet Jonny behind the bar, you are in for amazing customer service and tasteful banter from him and his team. Don’t order basic mixed drinks from Jonny, or maybe you should….. because he will add his own twists to them. That flair is pure gold and radiates in hospitality. The group wanted to go to another bar on our last night but found ourselves at the hotel bar waiting for Jonny to start his shift so we could see him one more time. Jonny, you and your team are an absolute treat. We were so lucky and are blessed to have met you.
